Eh, winning is hit or miss in South Carolina, at least that's been my experience. There's been times where I hit something decent (I've already hit $500, $200 and a few $100 wins on scratchers this year) and times where the cards were just complete let downs. I don't think South Carolina tickets have better odds than Georgia, however. It was South Carolina odds that made me go to Georgia to start buying tickets in the first place. I was putting all this money in and never hit anything over $500

NC Scratch Offs... $20 Tickets seem to be the Best Bet.Reply
South Carolina has pretty weak payouts on most of their scratchers. You're definitely better off buying scratchers in North Carolina and Georgia.

South Carolina Scratchers!! What is going on?
Just wondering if anybody else in SC has noticed that apparently SC has a new company printing their tickets and the odds are getting worse for the players! As a $10 ticket player, I liked the fact that our state's lottery had better odds than NC and GA. Well I guess they figured they could make more $$$ by printing more tickets in a series without increasing the number of winning tickets. I hope all the players notice this and cut down on what they play. I hope the state notices and realizes by

I am looking forward to going back to Georgia soon. I have had much better luck in Georgia on scratch offs than here in South Carolina. They suck so hard I quit playing scratch offs in South Carolina at all. So good luck to all you Georgia players.

Favorite SC Scratch-Off Past & PresentReply
First off, welcome to lottery post... South Carolina has some really great games. Personally, I like $20 instants which they don't offer at this time; however, no complaints from me. I also like the fact that South Carolina has no problem releasing information like complete odds and how many instant tickets were printed for a specific game. The Jumbo Bucks tickets are also played in GA and TN and have been very popular in all three states.

Lucky South Carolina..
If you play scratch offs in SC listen up. Today the lottery started up $100 million Cash Bonanza. Top Prize $1 million. (not sure if it's annuity or cash). Odds are 1:3.19. There is over $100 million in cash prizes. This is on the heals of another $10 ticket called cool cash which was introduced in early July. Top Prize is only $20,000, however, there are 200 top prizes out there. $10 tickets are doing really well in SC. Good Luck. I hope we get something like that here in TN.

Hello! New member, Avid South Carolina lottery player
Hello, this is my first post and I am an avid lottery player. I've won the Pick 3 only only once, but I have won good money playing the $10 scratch offs in SC and the $20 scratch offs in GA. I've studied scratch offs and compared my own to others...I used to think that the lottery ticket number was important, but I don't anymore. I have been playing 'Money Money Millionaire' game for the last two weeks and my winning percentage is Lost on 47 tickets Won on 20 tickets totaling over $710
