All anyone has to do is go to yahoo news and see the amount of made up stories that these writers are doing on a daily basis's just to get reactions. I take all these lottery stories with a gain of salt. I friend of mine family member won the lotto twice over a 5 year period. And reading what was written about the lotto winner was if not fantasy, it was the next thing to it. I'm not saying there aren't honest writers out there, but a lot of them have quite the imagination.

... Almost all Jackpot stories I read about, half the time the ticket was a quick pick. That's why I started relying on quick picks because of this fact. Maybe patience is the factor to winning. Word of advice to everyone: Replay your losing quick picks time to time. They can produce a winner.

This is one of the most ridiculous stories I have ever seen. America has gone downhill for sure. Avarice and greed is everywhere which is why our country is in decline. Whoever found and claimed the ticket first, is the true winner.

The Texas Lottery shouldn't have to pay this guy's winnings. Winners need to sign their tickets! If the Texas Lottery pays this winner back, a precedent has been set for all Lotteries and these types of retailer fraud stories will come up even more than they do now. Sorry Willis, keep playing...maybe you'll win $1,000,000 again!

Ok, looking at the the CA Lottery official website, I've seen news stories of Fantasy 5 winners, Super Lotto jackpot winners, and Mega Millions 5+0 winners staying anonymous. Has anyone seen stories of a California Mega Millions jackpot winner successfully claiming anonymously?

Don't forget to also change your last name to Patel. It seems that name comes up a lot in lottery stories, whether as them being the winner or having sold the ticket. There's been at least 4 others involved in either winning or selling winning tickets for $1,000,000 or more.

You might have to do some searching for the old stories. No big winner here lately. When I do, my story would be...well I went to the store bought the ticket and that night I checked it online and discovered that I won. That would be my story. :)
