It can be rigged. Is it rigged? From time to time the rigging comes from the employees themselves. It happen here in China. We have a game like the Powerball. They were caught. I notice that you are in Texas not China. If she lives in China then you can give her 10,000 or 20,000 yuan as a 'thank you'. If she is in America then maybe something of equal value.
