El Gordo winners
No El Gordo is not a normal lottery. They have about, I believe, 70,000 different tickets. So really the first prize is worth about $640,000,000 but by the time it is distributed to the smallest tickets it comes out to be $360,000 for each one. That is why so many people won the first prize in the same town. There are many tickets with the sam

How much money is enough!?
To clarify the record since NY now has MM I play each draw. Now, I go to Conn. to play Powerball when the jackpot is large. They try to play as many combinations as their money allows thus they not only try to hit the jackpot but get each of the lessor prizes too. There was some spam calling for people to get in on the 105 million dollar prize that was just won. T

Ask for a Fat one!
This is the reply I got from Montana. I agree with you, I ve always liked El Gordo and think it would be a great idea for the U.S. lotteries. To do this it would take the approval of all lotteries. I know it has been mentioned and I will forward your idea to our Lottery Director. Thank you for writing us. We apprecia
