Has Anyone played EuroMillions online?

Those online website who offer the lottery outside the participating countrie are scams as you can't really claim the price. You'll have to proof to have an address in one of those countries Switzerland , United Kingdom, France, Spain,Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, Belgium. I know some who play online from Germany and Italy or cross the boarders to one of the nine countries but what they do is actu

We , are just giving to many bids to these consultants companys and interest groups. All for more profits. The profit is coming out Lottery players pocket in that state. I have questions. Can the people from the United Kingdom play in the PENN. if the Camelot Group win the bid? If the British company win the bid can the people in that country play in the Pennsylvania Lottery? Think about these, Lottery player, do we really want one of these consultants to be working on 4- 5- or more State Lotter

non us-resident usa lottery winners
Although I'm a dual national , when I was in United Kingdom , I played Euro Millions and no one told me I couldn't buy a ticket . I grew up in the US so everyone knew I was a US citizen . In fact no one knew I also hold British citizenship. Seems if you are a non US winner winning in the US, you should be able to collect. In Va , when the lottery started , one of the first tickets went to an Australian group if I remember right .

Holland , Russia ( believe it or not ) Brazil, Thialand, Singapore, Ukraine, Switzerland , United Kingdom , the list goes on but I can tell you this. The people that actually live in these places , most want to go to America. I dont know if that fits into your question but some of the places and more I wouldnt mind living in.
