Delaware is the only one. What you could do is create a Revocable Living Trust, naming your lawyer as trustee and you as the grantor and the beneficiary. However, that would give complete control of your assets to your lawyer. By law he/she would have to handle the trust the way you direct, but you had better trust him/her. This is USA laws, it may not apply to the United Kingdom. Remember, the USA will still tax the hell out of you. You will dventually get it back because you are not a citizen
