what is your thoughts on randomness is there structure even in chaos?
A legal way for them to cheat. Its true. State lotteries are not honest. If they were they would run them as I explained above. I had a friend who worked at the lottery and said saw them run the machine 20 times till they got the number they wanted. Then would post those numbers as the winning numbers. You can not trust any business who does not want you to see what their doing and just wants you to openly trust them. The governor is the one who puts the 5 commisioners in place in each state lot

Surprise! Winner of $34.5M Lotto jackpot is not estranged husband
A Shelbyville man hits a $34.5 million lottery jackpot but then takes pains to hide it from his estranged wife by claiming it covertly. It was a made-for-TV story that turned out to be too good to be true. The wife of the purported winner of the Hoosier Lotto's latest jackpot made clear in a local TV interview last week that she wanted her share. And it even took on a legal dimension this week, when a Shelby County court entered the fray, ordering the husband not to spend a dime. But th

The bright glass-and-copper library on Benning Road NE just beyond the Anacostia River opened last year as an anchor for redevelopment and a refuge for the mind. Now, District officials are deciding whether they should use the gleaming outpost in a depressed section of the city for another pioneering purpose: as a gateway to online gambling and the promise of millions of dollars in government revenue. The scramble is on to launch an online casino in the District, which is the first jurisdi

I bought an entire book of $20 GA tickets - $3,000,000 Taxes Paid
As many of you have read, I HAD come to the conclusion that the lottery was in fact random, but now I am forced to eat my own words. I am currently in the process of reading this story on LP: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/227079, in which a statistician supposedly breaks the code to scratch offs. Given I have not finished reading it, it is very interesting so far. One FACT that we all tend to overlook is that the scratch lottery CANNOT truly be random, it only appears that way. The lottery MU
