Prior to reading the article thought for sure this would be a $50 ticket. A real bargain in these days of sky high scratch ticket prices. Here in Kentucky they have one that costs $20.00--top prize of $600.00, what a ripoff that is. I've been so good and not sent a FB msg to them about this and they always respond. Better to vote with your wallet.

We just got the feel good story and how the universe conspired to get him a winner, but what is important is the giving back - I would have taken the 5M and told the cashier, here's 800K for you, but the taxes are on you as well.
