Happy Birthday, wish you could have won to make it better but yes I agree.... this is the second time this year they pulled the same number for both mid-day and evening back to back. They are making a fortune and changing the number that's supposed to come out. They're like the feds, you'll never catch them or know how they are cheating but they are just like you'll never know if a fed was watching you

As for California I totally got ahead of myself this morning by not including the odd combo like I when I previously started this thread the odd combos were 11,33,77,13,15,17,19,35,37,39,57,59,79. This mistake wont happen again I don't use any computer system this is all paper charted I went off what I saw in didn't explain in full , But to conclude CALIFORNIA LOVE IS percent not cheating they had 75 pair

The reality is that, out of any number between 00000-99999 could show up in the next draw. It would be cheating if they pull out some number that is outside this. penta, quads, triplets, doubles have different odds but positionally, any number/ball(-0-9) has same odds. I find it odd that state lottery's are subcontracting there work. It seems to me there doing this to not be held liable if things happen or if cheating is going on.
