Lottery subscription
With games that are in my home state like Powerball, Wild Card 2 and Hot Lotto, I tend to play different sets of numbers. But I have a subscription to Massachusetts Mass Cash game and with that game I have to play the same set of numbers each drawing. So I do both.

Why doesn't Utah have a lottery...
It's almost the same here. We have Wild Card 2, Hot Lotto, Powerball and Pick 3 instead of 2by2. We don't have a Pick 4, Pick 5 or own Pick 5/6 state game. It sucks. I have written to them asking if they could include more state games of our own, but they seem happy with what they offer.

Why doesn't Utah have a lottery...
You're right,Drive. North Dakota has 2by2, Wild Card 2, Hot Lotto and Powerball. Too bad no Pick 3,4 or 5 or a regular lotto.

How much do you risk to win?
I usually stick with playing $2 - $6 a game and my focus is on games that run two days a week. Wild Card 2, Hot Lotto and Powerball.

What is your lottery personality?
If I had a Pick 4 or Pick 5 game close too me, those would be my games of choice and I would probably play them more then any other game. However, they aren't available to me at the moment, so I am basically stuck playing Powerball, Hot Lotto and occasionally Wild Card 2.

can it make a difference when, where you buy a qp
I usually buy my Powerball tickets all at once at one store. However, I like to split the lines on my Wild Card 2 tickets and buy them at different stores. I will split the tickets up and buy some at one store and the rest at another. I guess I have this thought that it might help me win if I get tickets at different stores...so far though, I haven't won anything big doing that. I guess it's not really working.

Which game do you play most often?
I tend to play Wild Card 2 the most (Powerball behind that). It's a 5+1 game, I mean 5 numbers and then you choose the Wild Card which isn't a number at all.

What's the cut off point for you?
But I already gave up my coke for a chance. So I have to decide what it is I want to spend that dollar on to take my chances. The odds of winning Wild Card 2 are better than the other 2, but I'm holding out for a life changing win, I guess. $100K is nothing to sneeze at, but it wouldn't change my life. So I spend my buck on a dream of enough to be able to pay cash for a nice home and have some left to invest. That's how I determine my cut-off point of $500K.

What's the cut off point for you?
I play Wild Card 2 every Wed. and Sat. when I can and every once in a while, I play Powerball and Hot Lotto. I don't usually wait for the jackpot to get to a certain point. I just play when my budget allows it. Because frankly, if I could win the lowest jackpot of any of the games, I would take it.

Idaho lottery suggestions
Nope, not a one. Actually since you already play PB at home, I'd recommend Wild Card 2. The JP is only around $550K right now but you get 2 picks for a dollar.
