Confusion over who purchased what ticket and when has three people maybe four and one corporation claiming ownership of Saturday's $1 million winning lottery ticket.
With the winner still in question, The Idaho State Lottery announced Thursday, it has turned the case over to the courts to determine who gets the dough.

Lottery winnings of $600.01 and over are subject to Federal Withholding tax. For winnings of $600.01, up to and including $5,000, you will be issued a W-2G form to report your winnings on your federal income tax form. For winnings of $5,000.01 and over, your state's Department of Revenue removes the 24 percent federal withholding before you receive your winnings check (or, if it is an annuity, from each winnings check). Do you think you've ever held the winning numbers?
It all depends on where you bought the ticket. New Mexico is the only one with a 90 day limit.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
Sign the back of your ticket and take it to an authorized lottery sales agent for validation. If you win a prize greater than $599, you may need to complete a claim form and send it to the state's lottery commission.
