How much do you "Owe," in this Lottery situation?
Remember Tasha insisted in the past that no one needed $ over a certain amount...therefore she was entitled to share it. She was always worried about people stealing her future big win but yet felt entitled to $ of other winners. The term owe is very telling. I would also never borrow or lend $ to gamble.
