I admire him sticking it out as long as he did. Remember some politicians wanted to get rid of the lottery altogether! They draw pick 3 or Pick 4 four times/day except for Sundays. Are there Indian tribes in Texas? If so, they could open their own casinos like they have in other states where casinos aren't necessarily legal...Alabama for one...and still no lottery there!

They each got 1 million. there were 3 2nd place winners in Massachusetts, Jane Busby is one of them, here she is displaying her 1 million dollar check this The pick 3, 4, and 5 games unfortunately are not in all states is not accurate. Actually, there are 5 states that do not sell any lottery. Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah.

Probably 20 years ago now where Alabama had signs to vote the lottery in. when them old geezers die off (they live forever) then it might stand a chance. I've never been to Crestview, but Google Maps shows it being in The Panhandle west of Tallahassee not too far from The Florida-Alabama border. I have to believe it's rural out there. It's my guess that there are not a ton of lottery tickets (much less big winning tickets) sold in that area each day. (unlike the the number of tickets that are sold every day in Miami or Tampa and those cities don't see winners like that) I dunno know but my sixth sense says something is up with those three FF5
