Having never played the lottery before which I doubt sincerely but if true she probably would not filled out a card unless her mother gave her certain 5 digit numbers to play then maybe. I am intrigued about these lottery courier services. Who uses them? The only other time I have heard of them was when an Iraqi citizen used one and won an Oregon lottery. Based on this article, could someone use one of this services if they wanted to purchase tickets in a state where one is allowed to be anonymous? Are these services for state lotteries only or for Powerball and MegaMillions too?
