Pennsylvania: 2/1 - 2/28/2023
I had some time today so i did a skip chart for the pick3 for pa. These are the 120 boxed numbers. How to use this chart: cross off the numbers that have come in this year (jan-feb). Play the numbers in between the numbers that have come in. We have had a lot of repeats this year. This works with p4 p5 any draw game but the numbers get really big. This is up to date as of Feb 23rd hope it helps you. any questions just Dm me

New Mexico lawmakers introduce bill to end lottery
They are running a tight ship. It's the two legislators that despise gambling. They think everybody is losing when many have won big. I've emailed several legislators and the lottery commission is fighting it. I've done very well and my friend won $90,000 on the Roadrunner cash game. But ironically there are casinos everywhere in the state but most are covered by sovereign nation status so the legislators cant touch them.

Two record prizes claimed by Mississippi lottery players in one day
When Louisiana first started its lottery, I heard people complain about how many of the big winners were in the New Orleans area, which is the most densely populated part of our state. When more tickets are sold in an area, statistically there will be more winners there. It's just a numbers game. When I hear about a winner, I'm always happy for them and want to congratulate them and hope if I hit it big others will do the same. I wish we could all be that way.

NY Dream Team 2023
Funny thing is Tony Romo got big tv contract for 10 years for 180 million. He was good during his initial 3 years. He got paid and he stopped preparing for broadcasts and tries to bs his way through each game. At least that's how it seems I've seen many pro athletes pull that move while playing...start to suck after getting big money but but never as tv announcers lol.

Bad Luck Retailer??
Oh yeah it's definitely possible that state lotteries seed certain stores with big winners among the rolls of scratchers they distribute. I have long suspected that the distribution of winning scratch offs is not random. It's all too easy for the state lottery to engineer the distribution of winning scratchers in a way that they can't do with draw games, and why wouldn't they exercise that level of control when they have the capability? Before the rolls are distributed to the retailers, the lott

State taxes - my experience
But what if the state you purchased the winning ticket in had no state tax? You wouldn't have to pay anything. So I living in the USA live in a state with a state tax .... I take a ride to an adjoining state that has no state tax and am lucky enuff to buy the winning ticket to the big jackpot game. Now I know if I remain a resident of my home state I'll have to pay taxes on my winnings but what if I pick up and move to the no tax adjoining state before I claim my prize?

New Jersey Lottery Pick 4 payout sets single-day state record
Winners see results of new game change coming to fruition with huge payout By Kate Northrop For the first time ever in New Jersey, Pick 4 players won over $1 million in a single day thanks to a lucky set of four numbers and a particular rule change set in place last month. On Wed., Dec. 28, lottery players in New Jersey won a total of $1,023,210 in prizes, but a majority of those winnings came from one Pick 4 drawing. In mid-November, the New Jersey Lottery enacted a game change

North Carolina: 12/1 - 12/31/2022
Today after playing 5566 and 5544 comes out really not putting anymore effort in the game. I will now just just try to hit big off a quad and my trip. After that I'll take a long break from the game it's no longer fun. They hold back numbers for months and always mix things up that come out of now where, that make no sense to trick players that are loyal in this game all to profit off instead of following game rules, and let what needs to fall just fall. Good luck to all players in this game tha

The math of school lotteries
I agree with you about sibling preference being important, at least when children are elementary aged. I started thinking about this topic of school lotteries after a conversation with a friend whose grandchild was applying for a spot in a public magnet school or charter school lottery. They were complaining that the school had set aside a fixed number of spots for applicants who lived in the neighborhood, and that it was unfair because people could game the system by renting a small apartment a
