Looking the mathematic formula or a good program summing
John, You perfectly right when writing about the to numberous possibilities about sums , particulary with a game that has 70 numbers in its field. So like any lottery game you have to see the best pattern to increase your odds. So why i do bet mostly not exceeding 6 numbers which worth 1,000.$ for a perfect match 6/6 or 25.$ for a 5/6 , still not bad to refund oftently what you spend in tickets, my average being 5 tickets a day. Here the cost is 1.$ by play and a coupon afford you to play

Probability of Repeats, Subsequent Draws
Dear Big game players, What per cent of the time do you get a 2 number repeat in 6/49 ? Is there an equation? What is the % of a one number repeat? What per cent do you have all even numbers..or...all odd? On the rare times that we get an all even on the 5/39 .......if I remember, your odds go down from a pool of about a half a million .....to .....around 5o,ooo . I only play all even numbers when I do play. On those days.....90% better odds. If you knew that position 3 had produced the las

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
I find that I have better luck with math methods when I can use them. As a truck driver I do not have alot of time to invest in picking numbers. I usually use excel to try to speed things along. For games like pick 3 and 4 I would start with the usual suspects. I start with finding the hot box numbers for the last year. Then I rank them to see where the most hot box numbers are comming from. I have found lately in the nc pick 3 that the hot box rank that came up the most seems to be 3456 or 2345

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
Hi RJOH ! After all these years ......we all know where your heart is that's for sure. I have won enough in one or more Actions of playing Pick 3 traps to qualify for what the average player would consider a jackpot. Some ...including me, believe that 500 smackers for a buck ......a good jackpot. LOL You are in a real nest of Pick 3'ers you know. My belief is... if you can't math and logic through that little game .....you will never do it on the Big ones. Seriously, if the

Chi-square
Thank you wpb. It was a computer pick. I don't try to do any stats charting on the big games. P4 is the biggest game I do charting on and I haven't done any of those or P3's for a while now.

What's going on here!?!?!?!
Many people who buy lottery tickets like mega and power ball haven't a clue as to what they are doing they fill out the ticket while standing in line many times. Lots of people play numbers like 2/4/6/8/10 and 10/15/25/30/35. Pick numbers in patterns, all on same line, shapes. crisscrosses, X's, and every other conceivable way. They don't know or care about the odds. They never used particular methods. In fact many players are first time players having heard about the jackpot or heard chit chat

Still interested in the Digit System?
Jim The digits and numbers have the same exact odds and from this way of thinking there would be no advantage for using digits over numbers. I don't play the big games because of the odds and the digit system is just another way to filter out numbers that is based on the frequency of digit hits. All lottery systems, programs or any other method is nothing more then a filter or series of filters. They accept or reject based on some information that when broken down to it's core is

Lexicographic Numbers and a little math
Hello everyone I am starting a new topic on lexicographic number selection in hopes of gaining some new ideas. I have been working with lexi's for several years and will be posting links to download software as this moves along. I hope to pull in a few pick-3 pick-4 players along the way as I think that they may have much to say or add to this post. This might be a way for pick3/4 players to put there skills to use for the big games and also help big-game players improve their pla

Quantum Physics

You assume a player with a winning system would win big often, I don't. For a pick three or a pick four game, it migh
