The reason is number of tickets (lines sold) which is population. Also CA spends more money per person on tickets. They buy a lot! If in all states that play only one single person in the State bought a ticket, but in California every person in the State bought a ticket, the odds of the line of numbers coming up for everyone in all States is the same, 292 million to one. BUT 40 million lines of numbers mean the odds for California wining go way up. Just like if you buy $10 dollars worth

I think there is a winning ticket tonight. I also think that yes maybe California and an unknown state have a winner. 10 winning tickets in 8 states for the $1 million. Shall wait and see. if it went from $910- $940 I see the winning tickets.

I was looking at I believe I think it was the New York State lottery or California. I forget which one that I was looking at a similarity on a number in the 20s and the number in the 50s but I'm still looking over.

On the other hand, Frasier Park, California has a population of just over 2,000. I can't see why they would rig it for such an isolated location.
