It was a 3 year contract and the $1 was added to whatever wage increase was agreed upon in lieu of taking the profit sharing. Don't recall if they took the profit sharing when that contract expired. They still got a minimum of $6000 regardless of a profit or not.

Under his state law and the child courts he is required to disclose any increase in wealth. This then gets turned over to the courts for re evaluation of the adult support errrr...i mean the mislabeled child support. He did his due diligence by creating a NDA and still following the court increase. He has every legal right to enforce the contract and seek damages .

Temperature changes cause things, including drawing equipment and gases, to expand or contract. Besides temperature, humidity also changes the density of gases. That means the exact size of all the drawing equipment, and the density of the gases the equipment moves through will vary from drawing to drawing. I'll leave it to others to describe the effects that result from weather affecting the drawings, except to note that there's no effect on the numbers.

Funny thing is Tony Romo got big tv contract for 10 years for 180 million. He was good during his initial 3 years. He got paid and he stopped preparing for broadcasts and tries to bs his way through each game. A lottery ticket is a bearer instrument. It is not the same thing legally as a financial contract. A lottery ticket is also backed by the state law. The state lottery is not a stranger on any level.
