Let's say you were lucky enough to hit for 100 grand and they decided not to pay you, what recourse would you have? Except that you could trash them to other players the play at the same site or hop a plane to Costa Rica and crack some skulls.Playing Pick 3 and Pick 4 you probably would not win 100 grand !!

Cheap places to live off your lotto...
Interesting news story today about a jackpot winner who exhausted his winnings and turned to a life of crime, a total of 77 burlaries in all. If he was going to rely on 500,000 pounds sterling for the rest of his life (he was 41 when he won), perhaps he should've investigated in relocating to a Central American country, such as Costa Rica...http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_1203164.html

In California there is no state tax, but the IRS still wants their money! If you play on-line like it is totally tax free because they do not report any winnings to any government. They are in Costa Rica.

In the Star-Telegram Watchdog column, Dave Lieber recounts how an 86-year-old man did the right thing by not getting hooked in by lottery scammers again. For more than a year, George Kahak has followed my request that he call me before investing any more money in get-rich schemes. The 86-year-old former chief pilot for American Airlines is a compulsive scam victim. He's lost tens of thousands of dollars in dozens of scams. The other day, he called to say that he won $500,000 in a lottery a
