Should any form of regulation of the Internet be imposed by Congress, gambling or otherwise, then I say what's to stop Americans from using ISP's that originate outside of the US? Lets see, Maybe Switzerland . Great Britain. Netherlands. Cannes , France. Ibiza, Spain. Palma, Spain. Thialand (Puket). Singapore. Brazil . Costa Rica. Argentina. Russia. Ukraine to name a few possibilities of places to move to. May just stay where I am.
