One more thing and then I'm done....... I bet with my head but NEVER over it. People can very easily get hooked on gambling. I've never bet more than I can afford to lose. I can afford to lose more money than I budget for playing the lottery, but I wont bet that much. Also there are times when I completely shut down buying lottery tickets and that goes on for various amounts of time. Some times I'll stop playing for two or three weeks, other times I might go a month without buying a ticket.

Visiondude:If you have newsgroups added to your Outlook Express you can subscribe to rec.gambling.lottery or rec.gambling.lotteries (same animal, depends on your news server). You can also unsubscribe.. for whatever reason.Newsgroups are an international thing. If you can think of it, there is a newsgroup for it with hundreds to thousands of subscribers. getting one hit with the 9 is not gambling effieciency...you HOPE it will start to hit furiously...but it is a major chance...it might hit ONCE...and then sit out another 10 games...the only thing going for the nine is that it will probalby not break a record by much if it tries to...althought it might go 70 draws, in hopes of having the claim to fame for crappiest skip.

I don't think it's a great idea. I've seen the 4 out of 5 hit as high as 1200 bucks. Also, you do have to pay taxes, even though it's not enforced. Any gambling win is taxable and has to be reported.

Nita,Sure. The current calcuated optimum number for Florida 5 is 9 previous draws. Florida was used during the test phase as a major trial area.
