Accusations of "disturbing" new claims procedures after Allwyn sends investigator to winner's home
That is interesting. When my wife won $2,600 on a Pick 4, she went to the local lottery office, which is also Lottery Headquarters in my state. They had her do paperwork and show ID and that was it. They cut her a check, gave her a W2G, and she was on her way. I bought the ticket for her and had to do some digging to figure out where I bought it and they didn't even ask! I haven't won big on a scratcher yet so I don't know what they do with those. I hope to find out one day.

The only thing you have to do now is sign a long print out from the terminal, you show your Drivers License and Social and the claim is done on the lottery terminal no more forms to fill out. Of course, then after that the agent pays you. PS back in 2016 they had a 10% added bonus to the prizes...I hit a P4 straight for 5K but it was $5500 with the promo so I had to go lottery headquarters to collect instead of an Agent + guess what my check was for? Back years ago like 10 years to 15 years or so...............if i remember right there were numbers hitting straight on daytime like 3 times in one month and 5 times in one to two years time straight the same numbers. I think people called the lottery headquarters and then not long after that the computer wasn't quite as bad with the repeats as it once was. If people report it the software can be changed I think............... Back then I used to post numbers for alot of states and PA. was t

Maryland Lottery sees Mrs. Millionaire claim a prize just two weeks apart By Kate Northrop A Maryland woman won $1 million just two weeks after winning $50,000 in the lottery. An anonymous Oxon Hill resident, dubbed Mrs. Millionaire to keep her identity private, made a swift return to Maryland Lottery headquarters to claim an even bigger prize since her first $50,000 win. On July 25, the 67-year-old claimed a $50,000 Pick 5 prize she won in the July 23 midday drawing. During that

Maryland player wins $50,000 in Pick 5 for the fifth time this year
Five-time winner bought all winning tickets at the same retailer By Kate Northrop An anonymous Maryland player won a Pick 5 top prize of $50,000 for the fifth time this year, having bought every winning ticket at the same store. The Maryland Lottery saw a familiar face return to headquarters in Baltimore after he completed his fifth Pick 5 prize claim worth $50,000 last week. In May, a Silver Spring resident showed up at Lottery headquarters to claim a combined $200,000 Pick 5 pr

Yea I'm up backtesting. Need to take my azz to sleep. I'm dreading the drive to the lottery headquarters. It would be me to fail at trying to not win so much on one ticket so I wouldn't have to drive all the way there. But these are the kind of problems that are not really problems that I don't mind having. I'll check out PA and see what's up. And aaaayyyyeee!!!!

Biggest reason for Lottery Winners going broke soon? :/
There seems to be a misconception about going broke . Don't know what the average number of tickets each player buys, but I doubt most people go broke buying tickets for one drawing. Single filer prize winners with a total income of up to $170,050 are in the 24% tax bracket so they shouldn't owe very much if anything because of the withholdings. If the total income is $539,901 or more, they could another 13% in taxes. There probably are people that spend the majority of their prizes only to

An anonymous Kentucky lottery player was not expecting to find a slip of paper worth $1 million tucked away in an old stack of unchecked lottery tickets.
