The only thing you have to do now is sign a long print out from the terminal, you show your Drivers License and Social and the claim is done on the lottery terminal no more forms to fill out. Of course, then after that the agent pays you. PS back in 2016 they had a 10% added bonus to the prizes...I hit a P4 straight for 5K but it was $5500 with the promo so I had to go lottery headquarters to collect instead of an Agent + guess what my check was for? Nope. I was told otherwise, and I thought it's lasting THROUGHOUT APRIL if you're referring to Instant Promotion for P3 and P4.
