getting back to an old topic RNG controlled
lottobrain, very glad to read your perspective! Regarding your sentence, Suppose that they had found a way to actually program daily numbers into the RNG program to come out on specific days... , Eddie Tipton did that, and it's extremely well documented at Lottery Post. He did that on computers like the ones you described in Delaware. They all claim to be not connected to the internet, but that does not stop an insider. Here is the complete timeline of news stories documented at Lottery

PB/Hot Lotto question
As I live in NY, I don't get to see Hot Lotto drawings (or even PB) on TV. I however would like to ask anyone who is able to watch BOTH drawings, which game is drawn first, and whether PB/ Hot Lotto are drawn back-to-back (both games are played in Iowa, MUSL's home state.)I've also suggested that Hot Lotto should add a number on the top, and lengthen the annuity to 30 payments (when North Dakota joins the game next year.) I also believe Hot Lotto should become a Tuesday Friday game, so th

Mandatory Hot Lotto for MUSL States
I was thinking, even if every Powerball state joined Hot Lotto (from Arizona to Maine, from Carolina to Oregon), it would probably only roll an average of $500,000 at a time (judging by current sales). So the question is, should all 30 (soon to be 31) jurisdictions that sell Powerball also have to sell Hot Lotto? Should it be a package deal so to speak?

Lotto America/Hot Lotto
Why, when the Hot Lotto ended at just over 19 million and the amount of the new Lotto America started at 15 million. What happened to the other just over 4 million dollars? Not only that, the Hot Lotto was pre taxed and the Lotto America is not pre taxed, the taxes have to be paid out of the jackpot. So tax wise what happened to the just over 6 million of the tax dollars from the Hot Lotto on the 19 million ? Anyone have an answer to these questions
