Will I pay state tax twice if I play MM in a different state?

Several years ago I took a business trip that gave me a chance to play in 3 states. The trip was to Idaho, so I bought tickets there before leaving. When I changed planes in Denver, I bought tickets for the Colorado lottery, then when I got home to Louisiana, bought tickets here.
Didn't have any winners, but it was fun to try.

I love that Trust idea. Do you have to set up the Trust before you hit the jackpot? What kind of Trust is best for this?
According to Investopedia,
Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming do not levy state income taxes, while New Hampshire doesn t tax earned wages.

I am going to have to test out the travelers in excel. Just have to think of the best way to organize the data.
I did notice 702 hit in NY recently and we have a very due sum 9, so I am gonna see how it performs.
