(I'm making an assumption here that all 5/39 play slips have the same payout, this is based on Illinois'). In the Illinois Lillte Lotto game 95 /39), the playslip is in rows of seven, 1-7, 8-14, 15-21, 22-28, 29-35, and the last is 36 -39. So vertically the perimeter numbers are 1, 15, 22, 29, and 36 on the left, and 7, 14, 21, 28, and 35 on the right.
