Louisiana Lotto
I have noticed that about 6 or 7 people win 5 out of 6 numbers quite consistently every draw. If you happen to be one of these people let me know what are you looking at when you select your numbers. I use Games Out Chart and Cascade Charts and I am getting nowhere. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

For many years, I wanted to leave Louisiana but today, not sure where I would go as I'm not sure other places are much better.

I'm with you on that. Every year the Louisiana Lottery offers a bunch of scratch offs that have a second chance drawing for a New Orleans Saints football prize package. Like you, that doesn't interest me either. Show me the cash!

One other point I'd like to make.... Each state has it's own data processing network/system for their lottery's. Is the problem you've seen unique to Minnesota? Do you know if it's happening in other states too? The situation described in an above post about a store in Louisiana could be a time saving policy adopted locally by the retailer. I've heard of people playing patterns on the playslips too. I remember when the Louisiana Lottery first started offering draw games, someone told me they filled out a playslip with a smiley face.
