Why Oklahoma scratch-offs only goes to $5 for $40,000.00 this is the reply and the OLC wonders why sales are down. We have a legislative restriction that mandates 35 cents of every dollar sold goes to our Oklahoma Education beneficiary. That restriction limits the amount of money we have left for operations and prizes. We could increase the payout of our $5 games but in doing so, we would reduce the amount of money allocated to smaller prizes within the game thus reducing the number of winn

Oklahoma instant tickets.
I'm in Oklahoma right now visiting and I thought I would stop and pick up some powerball and scratch tickets. I tried the $5 and $2 tickets. I came out winning a good bit on a $2 ticket.... (I won $40.) However, the $5 tickets aren't as good as I thought they would by after looking at some stats on the odds. On the $2 ticket the overall odds are 1:4.8. On the $5 ticket the odds are 1:3.4. However, in every pack of $2 tickets there is one $40,$20, and $10 winner. The $5 tickets only have
