faith in my own opinion i think a qp can get u as close to a number as possible now i dont play powerball but i do pic3 and 4 and yes the one up one down is how u shld look at the qps in general like i sd my opinion sometimes u can hit !

Regarding angelsI have seen many things in my life but an angel has never been one of them. How would you know if you were to see one? My father has repeated this story as long as I can remember that an angel came to him in the form of his dead mother and gave him a glass of water once when he was ill and this made him well.
