Would you support a cooling-off period?
I suggesting a cooling off period before winners can collect their prize money. As regards anonymity, I believe more than ever, after seeing the Powerball winners of television, that it is pure crazy to require winners to be publicly identified.

Florida: 5/1 - 5/31/2015
When Florida started the Mid draws on 5/19/08, I spoke with an lottery employee, who is one of the ones you see on television, doing the draws. I was told by the employee, they had 6 different machines and the same machines were used for Mid and Eve draws. Don't know if that is still true or not. I use combined draws, and after the Mid draw, I redo my workout, for Eve draw. I have 3 different databases, but I use the combined for final decision.
