I have no interest in controversy and I was really a little boy at the school for the deaf back then when that was going on so I only remember alittle of that on the evening six o'clock television news with the 1980's brand new silver and wood closed captioning machine that was atop the television set in those days. Hi all, I just got off the phone with the NY Lottery Commission and can confirm this. They air the drawings live on television with real ball drawings and have not switched to computerized drawings. It looks as though the screenshot saying Pick 3 and Pick 4 are drawn digitally is displaying false information generated by Bing's AI - to test it, I asked the same question three different times and received three different answers. The Daytime drawing needs to be a live drawing. I spoke to a representative concerning this and I was informed that this saves money. Well, how much money is being spent on advertising for scratch-off tickets on television which is nonsense?

I'm going to aways have an issue with numbers not coming out within a year, in any variation. Statistics say this shouldn't happen without some form of tampering. Oooooh!!!
