Two of the numbers discussed were 398 and 555. On the millionaire raffle two of the early bird winners were ticket numbers 96555 and 139398 one ending in 398 and the other 555. Sounds very familiar to the Robert Walsh Pick 3 system, he also only used five of what he called Base Numbers 0,1,2,3,4 And had a Conversion Chart with every Pick 3 number combo converted into the Base numbers , each Pick 3 number had 8 sets of converted numbers, total of one hundred and twenty-five (125) pick 3 numbers with 8 sets each.
