Lotto America is run by MSLU, the Powerball people. Supposedly, it replaced the Hot Lotto game which was destroyed by Eddie Tipton who programmed winning numbers in for relatives, friends, and eventually himself when he worked for the lottery, and was caught and sent to jail. Interesting question. I always play for the cash value, which would probably be around $500 million, give or take. So, I would give him half. In this scenario, I couldn't play without his help, but if I had not bought the ticket there would not be a jackpot win. So, split the jackpot.
