What is your age?
Me too Hammy Wammy. Do you do Idaho or Wyoming? I do Wyoming for the shorter drive, 20 draws instead of ten and Wyoming allows anonymity. I am 52 by the way

Wyoming Lottery has its first $1 million winner
By Todd Northrop Wyoming Lottery history was made during Monday's drawing as one lucky ticket laid claim to Cowboy Draw's first million dollar jackpot. A customer at an east Casper grocery store purchased WyoLotto's first $1 million Cowboy Draw ticket on Sunday, the Wyoming Lottery Corporation announced. The winning ticket was bought at Ridley's grocery store at 300 East Wyoming Boulevard in Casper. The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were 5, 10, 16, 23, and 31. Monday's adverti

New national lottery with a twist
If I'm understanding it correctly, California would hold its drawing, where each ticket has a 1 in 4,000,000 chance of winning, and Wyoming would hold its drawing, where each ticket has a 1 in 60,000 chance of winning. Then there's the national drawing, where California and Wyoming each have a 1 in 50 chance of having the big winner. So a California ticket's chance of being the big winner is 1 in 4,000,000*50=200,000,000. A Wyoming ticket's chance is 1 in 60,000*50=3,000,000.

How has the Wyoming Lottery impacted on Utah?

Tenn. lottery chief offers advice to fledgling Wyoming Lottery
Well at least Wyoming won't be able to screw up most of the drawings when they start off (like Tennessee's computerized drawings) because Wyoming has only authorized mutli-state games to start with. Of the multi-state games, only Hot Lotto has the dreaded computerized drawings. NOTE TO WYOMING LOTTERY BOARD MEMBERS: Do not listen to anyone who says computerized drawings are a great way to save money and contribute more to education . Computerized drawings only serve to piss off your loyal pla

Wyoming lottery bill killed once again
Casper resident Larry Griffith thought surely this was the year for Wyoming to finally join a multi-state lottery. Griffith has been buying Nebraska lottery tickets for years, and said Wyoming is losing big money to adjacent states. So Griffith was not happy when the state House on Monday voted 31-27 to kill yet another attempt to legalize a lottery in the state. I think it's pathetic, he said. After a half-dozen previous attempts to legalize lottery by the state Legislature, this

Wyoming voters to have no say on Powerball
From the article:Rep. Kermit Brown, R-Laramie, said the issue of establishing a lottery should be decided by lawmakers, not in a nonbinding vote by the electorate. It's a cop-out, he said. We were elected to make those decisions. ___________________________________________________________________________________There's the problem. Where is it written that we elect these idiots to make decisions for us?This is a dangerous yet common misconception among our lawmakers, and they need to be re-edu

Final Wyoming Senate vote on lottery bill coming Friday
A bill that would allow a Wyoming lottery and multi-state games such as Powerball received preliminary approval in the state Senate on Wednesday. The senate voted 17-to-12 to advance the bill.
