Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": Part II
The following progression (one illustrated in red and another in blue) are meant to be perceived from the direction of bottom moving upward: ABA CBB ABA AAC ACB BCB BBC CBB Did you note the first occurrence of the C in the extreme left column as well as the first occurrence of the A in the extreme right column? And did you also note that in each case the necessary letter and its buddies (in the accompanying columns) then appeared to complete

Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": Part II
Just a thought I wanted to get out while it was clear in my head. Let's say there was an occurrence of an AAA in the drawings. All of the progressions you see below were leading straight to it in their own particular logical ( intelligent ) sequences coming in from both directions. All of them spread out in particular and definite intervals. All variations were accomodated (undoubtedly over a long span of drawings). That's just for an AAA. AAA AAA AAA ---- AAB

Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": Part II
Hi Jap69. Yes. Each column is a single separate unit. However, each single column depends on the presence of the other two. And any two columns depend on that all-important third. That's why Absolute Versatility (yes, I'm sick of that phrase too) can be present. That's why the phenomenon exists. Regards.

Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": Part II
Hello again Curious. Wow! I was taken aback again. I identified with your cascading progressions reference totally. I was wanting to ask you (if it is not giving too much away): Do you work with these cascading progressions from all columns and going in both directions? or is it different? Very interested Curious. Regards.

Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": Part II
I wanted very much for someone to notice the presence of one thing particularly. Maybe some of you did -- but none of you said so. It is present in both examples. Let's use the first example I had presented originally: B B A B C B B A C X X X X X X X X X A B B C B C X X X X X X X X X X X X A A A C C A Let's begin then: B B A, B C B and what indeed would be required to complete or balance it? That's right. B A C. Look at those top three rows ver

Hello Jap69. Sorry about the delay. I think the best way to address what you have put before me is to recommend consulting my new post in the new thread Straight Into The Heart Of Absoute Versatility : Part II only because it is there that you will get a pretty good idea of what I have been calling a progression -- and progressions are what the phenomenon is all about. You might be able to look at those random letters (groups of numbers?) a little differently afterward and quit

Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": An Example
Hello everyone. I just wanted to check in with you and let you know that I didn't flee the forum(s) leaving with my tail tucked between my legs or anything like that. I am presently working on a post that I believe will convince most (if not all of you) that the phenomenon exists. It won't be proof -- but it will be evidence. I am working very hard on it. The completion of this effort is still a few days away. It will also be my last attempt at convincing you. Best wishes an

Hello Curious2k3. Your musical reference gave me a start quite frankly. It was just one of a number of things that I had yet to mention to anyone -- that there always seemed for me to be a connection with or at least a comparison that can be made to the phenomenon (or at least various parts of it) and music. I have a vocabulary of terms that I always thought directly apply to the phenomenon, but they are to be found in the realm of music as well. Some for instance: progres

Hello JAP69. Just to let you know that what you have put before me to examine will be addressed within the context of a post that I am presently working on. The completion of that work is still a few days away. I just didn't want you to think that I was avoiding addressing what you have put before me. Best wishes and regards.

Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": An Example
I think that you think it's a system don't you. My intention with these particular examples of random drawings was to get anyone who is interested to see the presence of absolute versatility and not to focus on any numbers so early. I remember stating in the beginning post to this thread that I was unwilling for now to reveal why I am using letters and not numbers. This was precisely the reason. I mentioned that for our purposes of keeping things simple, starting out we'll use letters
