North Dakota's lottery now has a permanent director, as Chuck Keller was hired for the job Wednesday.Keller has been the interim director of the state lottery office. He is a long-time administrator in the state's gaming division.The state's lottery advisory board unanimously agreed today to recommend Keller for the job.
