A $200,000 winning Powerball ticket sold on February 25 in Skiatook, Oklahoma, is set to expire August 24th.
Oklahoma Lottery players who purchased a Powerball ticket at Mr. Bass, Inc. located at 4000 W. Rogers in Skiatook, should check their pockets and hiding places, because time is running out.
I'd hate to see this ticket go unclaimed, said Jim Scroggins, executive director of the Oklahoma Lottery. Someone may have misplaced it, or does not even realize they have a winning ticket.

Oklahoma Powerball lottery winner claims prize
Two men representing a trust claimed the $101.8 million Powerball jackpot from the Oklahoma Lottery Commission, lottery officials announced Wednesday.
The WJW Investment Trust will receive a lump-sum cash payment of $32.8 million after taxes. The winning ticket was purchased at a Broken Arrow convenience store on June 17. Indiana also sells the tickets.

Okla. Lottery has generated $65 million for schools
An Oklahoma Lottery official says that more than $65 million dollars has been generated for education since the lottery began in October.
Ticket sales for the state's fiscal year that ended June 30th totaled $207.29 million. Lottery executive director Jim Scroggins says more than $65 million of that amount will be deposited into the Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund.
He says that in the lottery's first 262 days of sales, it effectively raised $248,091 per day for education.

Oklahoma Lottery announces new Pick 5-style game
Oklahoma lottery officials announced a new game will start that's similar to Powerball , although the game appears to have much more in common with Pick 5-style games.
The game requires players to match five numbered balls and those that do will win $35,211, or $25,000 after taxes.

Oklahoma bans some businesses from selling lottery tickets
A bill to prohibit pawn shops, payday lenders and check-cashing businesses from selling Oklahoma lottery tickets has won final legislative approval.
The bill by Senator Kathleen Wilcoxson passed the Senate yesterday and now goes to the governor.
The state Lottery Commission voted last year to prohibit those businesses from selling lottery tickets but Wilcoxson says the law will prevent future Lottery Commissions from reversing the decision.

Winners of up to five-thousand dollars in the Oklahoma Lottery will be able to cash in their tickets at some Homeland grocery stores beginning today.

Police warn of foreign lottery scheme
A new twist on an old scam has bilked some Enid, Oklahoma, residents out of $2,500 to $8,500, police said.
