Question...

If my draw is for example  463 

should I not get 2 recurs ?  The  724 and the 183 ? Or am I mistaken.. On Manuals website, I only get the  183 Recur ??

There are several other examples I could give, but if you can explain where Im wrong, I can just adjust my thinking

Yes, I see that myself, this the original chart before reduction:

The first keys of 'pending keys" becomes the recur base and the second, the backup base. I am also making notations for eventual modification.
