Let's see if I can make this easy to understand:
1. Take your last 3 drawings. Your example:

2. Write out 0 through 9 on a piece of paper:

3. Take your last 3 drawings and cross off the numbers from the list. In you example:

4. After you crossed off the numbers write down the numbers that DO NOT have an "X" next to them. Again using your example:
The numbers left are: 2 3 5 9
These are your numbers in the 1st ROW 2 3 5 9
5. Take your most recent drawing. In your example it was 841. All you do is rearrange it from low to high. Which would be 1 4 8.
These are you numbers in the 3rd Row. 3rd Row 1 4 8
6. To figure out the numbers in the 2nd Row:
Write out on a piece of paper 0 through 9

Take the numbers from Row1 and Row3 and mark an "X" next to the numbers 0 through 9. In your example:

The numbers that DO NOT have an "X" beside them are 0 6 7.
These are your numbers in Row 2: 0 6 7
Your final chart should look like this:
