If you look at the above chart:

1st Row -  2  3  5  9

2nd Row -  0  6  7

3rd Row -  1  4  8

 

You would need to determine what combinations you want to play.

The 3rd Row is your last drawing of 8 4 1  ( 1  4  8 )

It would make sense to take 1 number from the third row and wheel it with the number on the 1st Row (2 3 5 9)

So I guess you would Wheel the (1) with the 2 3 5 9,  (4) with the 2 3 5 9 and the (8) with the 2 3 5 9

123  125  129  135  139  159

423  425  429  435  439  459

823  825  829  835  839  859

These would be boxed combinations with no doubles.

2.  Write out 0 through 9 on a piece of paper:

3.  Take your last 3 drawings and cross off the numbers from the list.  In you example:

4.  After you crossed off the numbers write down the numbers that DO NOT have an "X" next to them.  Again using your example:

The numbers left are:  2  3  5  9

These are your numbers in the 1st ROW  2  3  5  9

5.  Take your most recent drawing.  In your example it was 841.  All you do is rearrange it from low to high.  Which would be 1 4  8.

These are you numbers in the 3rd Row.  3rd Row  1  4  8

6.  To figure out the numbers in the 2nd Row:

Write out on a piece of paper 0 through 9

Take the numbers from Row1 and Row3 and mark an "X" next to the numbers 0 through 9.  In your example:

I'm just taking a wild guess here palying the numbers from Row 1 and using 1 digit from the 3rd Row along with one digit from Row 1.

Hoping doubles don't show of course.
