IWish,

Thanks again for your pick 3 system.

I was experimenting with different variations of the Rows using Pennsyvania Pick 3 Evening and Midday drawings.

I separated the the Midday and Evening.  Each consisted of almost 300 past draws.

Once I finished the Excel charts I began looking at the possible combinations or strategies if you will.

There are a total of "10" possible Strategies based on the 3 rows:

1.  003   All 3 number would be wheeled from Row 3

2.  030    All 3 number would be wheeled from Row 2

3.  300    All 3 number would be wheeled from Row 1

4.  012    1 number from Row 2 and 2 Numbers from Row 3

5.  102    1 number from Row 1 and 2 numbers from Row 3

6.  021      2 numbers from Row 2 and 1 number from Row 3

7.  120      1 number from Row 1 and 2 numbers from Row 2

8.  201      2 numbers from Row 1 and 1 numbers from Row 3

9.  210      2 number from Row 1 and 1 number from Row 2

10. 111    1 number from Row 1,  1 number from Row 2 and 1 number from Row 3

Here's a sample of the chart:

This is just a sample of Strategy "210":

The 1st column is the nunmber of drawings.

The 2nd column is the Strategy # (210)

The 3rd column is whether the combination was a Double (D)

The 4th column is the number of times this strategy hit this year (2004)

The 5th column is the skips between drawings.  The "0" at the bottom of the 5th column indicates that this strategy just hit the last drawing.

The "Med" 3  = Median of 3.  Meaning this strategy normally hits on or before the "3".  Once the skips pass the Median of 3 you would stop playing this strategy.

This strategy actually hit tonight because the Skip was at 2.

10/19/2004 473   4 7 3   029
10/20/2004 584   5 8 4   34578
10/21/2004 116   1 1 6   16

Strategy 210:  Play 2 numbers from Row 1 ( 0 2 9 ) Top Row

Play 1 number from Row 2  (34578) Middle Row

Play 0 numbers from Row 3 (16)      Botom Row

Combinations to play:

023  024  025  027  028  093  094  095  097  098  293  294  295  297  298

923  924  925  927  928  903  904  905  907  908  203  204  205  207  208

I know this is just experimental but it was very interesting especially the differences between the Midday and Evening drawings.

I pull my two digits from the 2nd row along with 1 from the 3rd row.  I looked at your post before I played and notice all three rows was played two drawing back.  209 was the number that was drawn. It came from all three rows. So I decided to go the other way.

Wow, Winsum you are sooo good. I am not kidding you, I looked this over last night, and although it took me a while to understand it and come up with the rows, I was puzzled as to what to do to pick the numbers. I played a little while with the different ways to do it, and gave up. And Sandy, you are also awesome, the simplified way you explained it.  Thanks  everyone for doing this and for raising questions.

Hey you all, I would like to take credit but I did absolutely nothing but asked for someone to explain it all to me.

Winsum stepped up to the plate and explained it in such a way that we all can understand it.

Winsum should be commended on the time and effort in Iwish's program........whenever I have had a question in the past, WINSUM has answered it for me or at least tried.......awesome person.....

This is an example of how when a person shares a program (IWISH), and another person expands on it (WINSUM), what can be achieved.

If we all throw our programs out here for all to view, who knows what may come of it........someone just might provide the missing link. This is called "Giving" (sharing) and remember the old saying, "you get back tenfold what you give".  Nbey, Jap, Lucky,Blackapple, Sal, etc. and many others all gave their systems willingly, and they all should be commended on their generosity and the spirit of the lottery.

I applaud them and all others who post their knowledge on the LP.  Plain and simple, we just love this game..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Safe to conclude this strategy works best and

Most dependable also.

is a choice.
