I don't know for sure, but it probably doesn't matter much.

After all, Math people do say that any-one drawing doesn't have anything at all to do with any other drawing.

And in the way that they mean it, that is in the way that they mean that, they might be right.

Statistics might be the only thing that connects and or relates any-one drawing and or drawings with any other drawing and or drawings.

Testing an RNG is about the same as over and over again clicking on any website to see if their link works. Next time simply ask if they conduct any daily pre-drawing test because if they don't, there are no results to record.

What RJOh said and if you get a reply it will probably say something like It's on a need to know basis . Lotteries don't like players trying to get into internal lottery affairs, unless they're invited, like to watch drawings. That's about as far as it goes.

I sent the Wisconsin lottery a question via email...Asked them where I can get a pre-test number list to the RNG computer drawings. Got a reply today...They said they they do not have a list and don't intend on publishing a list.

My reply to them... Are you telling me there is no record of all pre-test numbers prior to the daily computer generated drawing? Really? Thats not very transparent. We're talking a computer program here not mechanical balls right ?
