			<description><![CDATA[<p>Testing an RNG is about the same as over and over again clicking on any website to see if their link works. Next time simply ask if they conduct any daily pre-drawing test because if they don&#x27;t, there are no results to record.</p>]]></description>

Lotteries don&#x27;t like players trying to get into internal lottery affairs, unless they&#x27;re invited, like to watch drawings. That&#x27;s about as far as it goes.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I sent the Wisconsin lottery a question via email...Asked them where I can get a pre-test number list to the RNG computer drawings. Got a reply today...They said they they do not have a list and don&#x27;t intend on publishing a list.<br /><br />My reply to them... Are you telling me there is no record of all pre-test numbers prior to the daily computer generated drawing? Really? Thats not very transparent.
