I sent the Wisconsin lottery a question via email...Asked them where I can get a pre-test number list to the RNG computer drawings.  Got a reply today...They said they they do not have a list and don't intend on publishing a list.

My reply to them... "Are you telling me there is no record of all pre-test numbers prior to the daily computer generated drawing?  Really?  Thats not very transparent.  We're talking a computer program here not mechanical balls right"?

Can't wait for the reply.

Never give up.  Banana

They might answer if you don't like the way they run their lottery, don't play.

      LiveInGreenBay,

What RJOh said and if you get a reply it will probably say something like "It's on a need to know basis". Lotteries don't like players trying to get into internal lottery affairs, unless they're invited, like to watch drawings. That's about as far as it goes.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

      Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Testing an RNG is about the same as over and over again clicking on any website to see if their link works. Next time simply ask if they conduct any daily pre-drawing test because if they don't, there are no results to record.

I don't know for sure, but it probably doesn't matter much.

After all, Math people do say that any-one drawing doesn't have anything at all to do with any other drawing.

And in the way that they mean it, that is in the way that they mean that, they might be right.

Statistics might be the only thing that connects and or relates any-one drawing and or drawings with any other drawing and or drawings.

I tried to prove that once many years ago, I read here at the Lottery Post that North Carolina had many Pre and Post Tests on their pick 3 games and people were complaining about it and saying that, that is why they could not predict the winning pick 3 numbers, because their predicted pick 3 numbers would instead show-up on either the Pre or on the Post Test pick 3 numbers and here is what I did:

          First prediction:

          Results:

As you can see there, I have never been perfect.

Second prediction, I tried to make them happy:

          Results:

          Third prediction:

          Results:

          https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/240717/2364675

          I failed that time.

          ---------------------------------

          Fourth prediction:

          Results:

          https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/240717/2365522

          ------------------------------

          Fifth and last prediction:

          https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/240717/2366895

          ---------------

          Results:

          https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/240717/2367016

          I again failed.

          -----------------------------

I made 5 Box predictions for NC that time.

I more or less won 2 or 3 times and I failed 2 or 3 times.

If I had been on NC instead of on Tx and if I had used progressive betting, then I would have made some money, I think, I would have played only Singles and then won only 2 times out of 5 times, also it is not a good idea to play the predicted numbers that were reduced too much.

But I never played, I used to predict just for the fun of it and as a past-time, something to do.

          ---------------

Now, I don't know if I did prove something or not, I probably did prove that I had too much time on my hands.
