I notice Puerto Rico has it and Panama has it...I've ask if the U.S has it and i've been told that they don't have it...In Spanish is abono in English is downpayment, layaway, etc...

Here in Panama if let's say a washer cost 300 dollars if you have good credit and a job you can get that washer and pay 6 dollars a month or 10 dollars a month they even have as low as 4 dollars a month, and you pay it every month until you finish paying it, but of course you will end up paying 30 to 50 dollars extra for that service...And i ask myself why don't they have this in the U.S, this is super wonderful...

For instance some people can't afford to pay all 300 dollars at one time because they may be paying the car insurance or the car payment....So why doesn't the U.S and Europe have this...

If you can buy an clothes heated iron right away which cost less than 30 bucks, then you can get it if you have good credit and pay 2 dollars a month, you can do this with a lot of things, the entire house...Televisions, Armore, DVD, computer, bed, stove, clothes iron, dryer, etc, etc, etc....So why don't they have this in the U.S.A....Let me guess Americans are too proud to get that? That's downpayment, how about layaway? I remember i took out a speedo watch one time paying 6 dollars everymonth until i finish paying it and after i finish paying it i got it...And the thing is if you pay it little by little but later you change your mind, and don't want to pay it more, the store stays with the money....So why don't they do this in the U.S...But i am talking paying every biweekly up to 9 months or 1 year...So why don't they do this, specially if the article cost more than 90 dollars...

This will be so wonderful that it will make America so great that it will stop proverty in the U.S....This will take Americans out of debt....instead of having to charge everything to the credit card...But guess who wouldn't like it? Credit Cards company wouldn't like it, and people buy that crap like Credit Card companies are giving Americans jobs...If Credit Card companies went down tomorrow, there wouldn't be lots of job loss....

I wasn't going to post this, but i thought about the movie Red Planet and how much people suffer in those Red Planets, which can be any country...Before i begin, have in mind that i don't know not a single thing about government or politics or law...

I am listening to the Mess the U.S is getting into and the financial markets how they are tumbling down...What does Federal Reserve means? Does Federal Reserve means that the government has a huge bank with money as reserves just if in case anything happens or is it called Federal Reserve because that's where the money is kept...For you to see that i don't know anything about government or politics...

Well to the countries i mentioned and the world and the U.S....Why doesn't the government have like a Emergency Tax that it collects from the people once a year and keeps it in a Reserve Bank just for the future for whenever there needs to be a bailout of a big company/merger etc or for whenever there is a deep recession...So that whenever a big company, specially if this company is huge to the economy then when the company files for chapter 11 (banckcruptcy) then it can be bailed out and the government helps it walk again...This will prevent periods of recession in a country...

I don't think countries have this tax or this Deep Recession Bank Reserve at the present moment...And it is very important because if the U.S sneezes or a great Power sneezes then the entire world catches a cold because of the way countries economies are intertwined... 

You may not like the idea but it is to mantain a healthy economy and keep people with jobs...Because what happens if this huge companies go down? Then i think unployment goes up....Also on another subject, i think insurance if in case you are out of a job that covers you for 6 months is too little, i feel they should cover you for 1 year...

If you are a country that does not have this, you need to have it...Please listen to me, despite that i don't know anything about politics, the economy or law...If you can iluminate me please do so because i don't know much about the subject..

To all the countries i mentioned, this is what you need....Does the U.S has this? Does the entire world has this?

Don't you think that fruits are too expensive? Here in Panama one regular apple cost 70 cents and a smaller apple cost 30 to 40 cents...Those things are too expensive...

I feel the government ought to subsidized fruits...It is recomended that Americans eat fruits everyday, but tell me how are they supposed to eat fruits everyday if the fruits are too expensive...Fruits in the U.S and around the world should cost at most 10 cents, at least 5 cents....More than that is too expensive...

I don't care about the meat been expensive, my answer to that is "GOOD" meat supposes to be expensive after all too much of it is not healthy....Think about kids? it is recommended for kids to eat fruits every day, think about them....And Fruits help fend off diseases or prevent them...By fruits been expensive it is encouraging Americans to eat junk food...

Anyways despite that i am a person that doesn't go out or socializes much from a young age i've notice a pattern in what is called "PHRENOLOGY" and that is the study of human skull and its shape to determine Intelligence..They started it i think it was in Germany..Well they concluded that it doesn't work...But i've notice a pattern in phrenology in the shape and structure of the human skull and shape of the face but not to determine intelligence but instead behavior...I don't get it right all the time but i've do notice that pattern...

I don't tell people about it i normally keep it to myself..Is not just shape of the face and structure of the skull but is body type and hair type all in determining behavior...You may not get it always right but you will get it sometimes right...

A lot of people may disagree with me but i believe it exist, i believe it exist this patterns more than in astrology...I don't believe in astrology...Yet astrology exist...So why don't they have a science for it, i mean they have a science of aesthetics don't they...But if you narrow down the field even more you might discover bigger patterns..And if you locate for each male there is a phrenology equal female who also look alike you might find something....

NOPe...For example you can use the a channel to talk mainly about that institute/magazine that all they do is test stuff for you...YOu can have 2 channels, the saving money channel and the quality channel...A channel that only talks about quality...Again if there such a channel in the world? NOPE...Also a program with tips about Wealth Management that you can throw in there too...

Basically a channel about how to handle money...If there is such a channel...NOPE...

A channel that can even show you the best economical and/or healthy foods you can prepare your kids in a 2 week period...I am talking about a channel where people go to the grocery store and check out every price and give you which grocery store has the cheapest or economical food or whatever...

Will like to note that there is a difference between cheap and been economical...

Not only that but the programs in this channel have different levels of paycheck range that the family earns, and they can say well family that makes from 1,500 to 1,800 a month or family that makes from 2,500 to 2,800 a month can buy this or shop this or buy this and once you buy that this is how much is going to leave you with...And you can continue like that, basically teach a family how to spend, where to spend and when to say no...

And they can have several channels like that not just 1 channel but severals and families/people watch the channel of their specialty...AGAIN WHY THERE IS NOT SUCH A CHANNEL IN THE U.S.A..And the channels tailor to each state....

I think there is a website or magazine called: Consumer Report, yet there is not such a channel...And believe me such a channel should not have commercials...
