BREAKING NEWS: Obama Arranged Benghazi Trip That Resulted In Murder Of US AMB Chris Stevens

BREAKING NEWS: Obama Arranged Benghazi Trip That Resulted In Murder Of US AMB Chris Stevens

October 17, 2012
By Lawrence Sinclair

September 11, 2012 U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Foreign Service officer Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were murdered on the 11th anniversary of Sept. 11. From the very beginning the Obama White House with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by Obama’s side took to the media claiming that the torture, rape and murder of the first United States Ambassador since 1979 was the result of some obscure YouTube video (that from its uploading on July 2, 2012 to September 10, 2012 had all of 17 views) mocking the prophet Muhammad.

Thirty-five days later we are still allowing the media and the Obama Administration to hide the truth and continue in their deliberately reporting information they KNOW to be untrue while refusing to address these facts which come from US State Department and Obama White House sources.

Deroy Murdock: Benghazi’s inconvenient truths

Sept. 11: Despite anti-video demonstrations in Cairo, Benghazi is tranquil. According to U.S. diplomats, “everything is calm. There’s nothing unusual. There has been nothing unusual during the day at all outside. No protests all day.”

At 9:40 p.m. local time, however, gunfire and explosions rock the consulate.

Sept. 12: As these homicides become clear, Obama says, “We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others, but there is absolutely no justification for this type of senseless violence. None.” Obama then skips his daily intelligence briefing and jets to a Las Vegas fundraiser.

Sept. 13: “The United States government had absolutely nothing to do with this video,” Secretary of State Hillary Clinton declares. “We absolutely reject its content and message.”

Sept. 14: “The unrest we’ve seen around the region has been in reaction to a video that Muslims, many Muslims find offensive,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney announces.

That day, as the murdered Americans’ remains reach Andrews Air Force Base, Clinton says: “We have seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful Internet video that we had nothing to do with.”

Sept. 16: United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice calls the violence “a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired in Cairo as a consequence of the video.”

Sept. 18: Obama tells comedian David Letterman that he rejects the “extremely offensive video directed at Mohammed and Islam.” Obama adds that “extremists and terrorists used this as an excuse to attack a variety of our embassies, including the consulate in Libya.”

Sept. 19: Team Obama abruptly changes tunes. National Counterterrorism Director Matthew Olsen informs the Senate Homeland Security Committee, “I would say yes, they were killed in the course of a terrorist attack on our embassy.”

AMB Chris Stevens was NOT surprised by his killers in Benghazi, Libya as has been portrayed thus far. According to sources in the State Department Chris Stevens was in Benghazi, Libya at the specific instruction of the Obama White House to recover weapons that the U.S. supplied to Libya rebels in the over throw of Gaddafi. These sources who work in the State Department and the Obama White House say that Barack Obama was directly involved in negotiations with Libyan Rebels in an effort to recover weapons that the U.S. supplied them. Sources say that the arrangements were made between Barack Obama direct talks and that the White House directly arranged for AMB Stevens to travel to Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 and it was by direction of Barack Obama that Stevens was to meet with the very individuals who tortured, raped and murdered him.

These same sources state that the YouTube video which was put out by the White House and was reported by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as being responsible for the Benghazi attack; had been taken by the Obama administration even before the September 11, 2012 murders for the specific intent to blame it in the event the Obama arranged weapons recovery went awry.

We can continue to play the word games all we want over who denied the request for additional security; or when did Obama or Clinton know that the Benghazi Consulate was “attacked,” but to do so is not going to bring about the truth. The truth is clear:

1. Barack Obama personally and directly arranged for AMB Chris Stevens to travel to Benghazi, Libya for the express purpose of meeting with individuals who Barack Obama directly negotiated with in an effort to recover US Supplied weapons.

2. AMB Chris Stevens was not ambushed because of a leak in the Libyan security as is being claimed. Chris Stevens where-a-bouts in Benghazi were determined and relayed by the Obama White House in their arranging this meeting in the first place.

3. Hillary Clinton knows that AMB Stevens was sent to Benghazi on the express direction of Barack Obama and she knew the anti-Islam YouTube video had already been picked to be used as a diversion if the weapons recovery failed.

4. With our deepest sympathy and respect to the families of Chris Stevens; Sean Smith; and former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods we ask if they are entitled to the truth and if AMB Stevens father might have a different position if Hillary Clinton were to tell him the truth about how & why his son was sent to meet with the very individuals who killed him?

Memorial Service For Slain U.S. Ambassador  Chris Stevens in San Francisco

His family doesn’t want the ambassador’s  memory to become political football

5. The fact that AMB Stevens was sent to meet with the very people he had warned the Obama administration had him on a hit list is inexcusable and the truth must be told.

The continued back and forth as to when one side called it a terrorists attack or blamed some YouTube video (which now thanks to Obama has millions of views) is not going to address the truth of what really happened. Yes it was Islamic terrorists who killed these four Americans, but it was President Barack Obama who arranged to have these four Americans delivered to their very killers. That’s the horrific truth that no one seems to want to acknowledge!

Editors Note: Sinclair News has agreed to withhold the names of sources within the US State Dept and the Obama White House who provided us information concerning the Benghazi murders and the Obama arranged weapons recovery meeting which sent these four Americans to be executed.

Weekly Jobless Claims Drop Proves to Be Short-Lived

Weekly applications for U.S. unemployment benefits jumped 46,000 last week to a seasonally adjusted 388,000, the highest in four months. The increase represents a rebound from the previous week's sharp drop. Both swings were largely due to technical factors.

The Labor Department says the four-week average of applications, a less volatile measure, fell slightly to 365,500, a level consistent with modest hiring.

Last week, California reported a large drop in applications, pushing down the overall figure to the lowest since February 2008.

This week, it reported a significant increase as it processed applications delayed from the previous week. (Read More: Why Jobless Claims May Not Be as Good as Market Thinks.)

A department spokesman says the seasonally adjusted numbers "are being distorted ... by an issue of timing."

Many economists believe a reading below 400,000 points to an improving labor market. The four-week moving average of new claims, which smoothes out volatility and is considered a better measure of labor market trends, rose just 750 last week to 365,500.

"Improvement in the labor market will continue to be fitful and slow," said Joseph Trevisani, a market strategist at Worldwide Markets in Woodcliff Lake, N.J.

Applications are a proxy for layoffs. When they decline, it suggests hiring is improving.

The prior week's figure was revised up to show 3,000 more applications than previously reported to 342,000.

Some recent reports suggest the economy is picking up.

Retail sales grew in September at a healthy clip. And builders started construction on new homes and apartments last month at the fastest pace in more than four years. (Read More: Property Flippers Are Back as Housing’s New Middle Men.)

Still, the economy is not growing fast enough to generate much hiring. Growth slowed to a tepid annual rate of 1.3 percent in the April-June quarter, down from 2 percent in the previous quarter.

Most economists see growth staying at or below 2 percent in the second half of the year.

In the wake of the Treasury Department’s newly released summary of federal spending for 2012, it’s now possible to detail just how profligate the Obama years have been.  Here’s the upshot:  Under Obama, for every $7 we’ve had, we’ve spent nearly $11 (or, to be more exact, $10.95).  That’s like a family that makes $70,000 a year — and is already knee-deep in debt — blowing nearly $110,000 a year.

To illustrate this a bit differently, for every Jackson ($20) we’ve had available to spend under Obama, we’ve also borrowed a Hamilton ($10) and a Washington ($1) and spent those too. The only thing is that, under Obama, we’ve (literally) spent the equivalent of 342 billion Jacksons, 342 billion Hamiltons, and 342 billion Washingtons — borrowing all of the Hamiltons and Washingtons.

Let’s take a look at the scorecard, based on official government figures.  In fiscal year 2012 (which ended on September 30), the federal government acquired $2.449 trillion in tax revenue and other receipts.  It spent $3.538 trillion — 44 percent more than it had available to spend.  The resulting deficit was $1.089 trillion.

In fiscal year 2011 (see table S-1), the federal government acquired $2.303 trillion in tax revenues and other receipts.  It spent $3.603 trillion — 56 percent more than it had available to spend.  The resulting deficit was $1.3 trillion.

Obama's Real Unemployment Rate: 14.7%

Obama’s Real Unemployment Rate: 14.7%

            Oct 18,  2012
Obama’s Real Unemployment Rate: 14.7%

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported last Friday that 114,000 new jobs were created last month, according to its Establishment Survey of business payrolls that has been emphasized by the Obama Administration. That is pitifully weak, especially for what is supposed to be the fourth year of a recovery (the National Bureau of Economic Research scored the recession as officially over in June, 2009).

As economist John Lott noted at FoxNews.com on October 5, the working age population grew by 206,000 last month. With two-thirds of those working as would be expected during a normal recovery, 138,000 new jobs would have been necessary in September just to keep pace with population growth.

Indeed, the working age population has increased by 8.4 million since President Obama entered office. With the same labor force participation as on Inauguration Day in January, 2009 (which would be closer to a real recovery), that would require 5.5 million new jobs just to keep up with the aforementioned population growth. But a generous reading of the data is that during President Obama's entire term in office, a grand total of only 787,000 jobs have been created overall on net. And all of that net growth came in the last month. As of August, 2012, the economy was still suffering a net loss of jobs during Obama's entire Presidency up to that point.

Moreover, the BLS also reported on Friday that the number of full time jobs declined by 216,000 last month, as Lott also noted. The unemployment rate declined to 7.8% only because of a reported surprise September spurt of 873,000 jobs in the separate Household Survey of families across the nation. That reported increase is anomalous for the reasons discussed below. But even the actual story the BLS is telling is not good. In addition to all of the above, the supposed September increase in Household Survey jobs was mostly in what the BLS calls part time work for economic reasons. The BLS explains, "These individuals were working part time because their hours had been cut back or because they were unable to find a full-time job." That applied to 582,000 of the supposed new jobs reported by the September Household Survey, and a total of 8.6 million Americans last month.

As theWall Street Journaleditorialized last weekend,

"Working part time is certainly preferable to not working at all, but it's tough to pay the mortgage, energy, medical and grocery bills with a 20-hour-a-week job. The job market has been bad for so long that people are settling for any paycheck they can get. One suspect in this shift to part-time work is the cost of providing health insurance, especially with ObamaCare looming."

The BLS reported 12.1 million still unemployed in September, another 8.6 million employed part-time for economic reasons, and another 2.5 million marginally attached to the labor force. The latter "were not counted as unemployed because they had not searched for work in the 4 weeks preceding the [September] survey," even though they "wanted and were available for work," according to the BLS.

All of these are counted in the U6 unemployment rate as also reported by the BLS. Because the primary change during the month was that 582,000 on net shifted from unemployed to employed part time for economic reasons, this U6 unemployment rate remained unchanged last month at 14.7%. The total suffering this U6 unemployment was 23.2 million.

Moreover, even this doesn't nearly fully account for the 8.2 million Americans who have given up hope during the Obama term of office, and dropped out of the work force altogether. When you are considered out of the work force, you are no longer counted as unemployed, even though you still do not have a job, and you still want and are available for work.

The U6 unemployment rate counts only 2.5 million of those 8.2 million who have given up hope and dropped out during the Obama years. The ShadowStats website, which counts the long term discouraged workers the government doesn't count, reports the total rate for the unemployed and underemployed (part time for economic reasons) as 22.8%.

Of the 12.1 million the government does count as unemployed, a record 40.1% are long term unemployed for more than 6 months. Despite the President's rhetoric on the campaign trail about manufacturing coming back under his policies, manufacturing jobs declined by another 16,000 last month, making a total decline of 38,000 in the last two months.

Moreover, the forced shift to unwilling part time work is a major contributing cause to declining real family incomes. So is the shrinking labor force, with more and more people giving up the search for work. In August, the labor force participation rate for men was the lowest on record, which goes all the way back to 1948. The overall labor force participation rate had declined all the way back to September, 1981, before the Reagan recovery.

In addition, the jobs being created are not replacing the incomes of the jobs being lost. As economist John Lott also reported at FoxNews.com on October 3, "Mid-wage occupations accounted for 60% of the jobs lost during the recession, but low-wage occupations accounted for 58% of hiring during the recovery."

As a result, since President Obama entered office, annual median household income has declined by $4,019, or 7.3%. Moreover, the decline has been greater since the recession supposedly ended in June, 2009, than it was during the recession. In the three years from June, 2009, until June, 2012, median household income declined by 6%.

All of this is causing an increase in inequality in America rather than a decline, as higher income workers are not being forced into part-time work, dropping out of the work force, or suffering mid-wage jobs being replaced by low-wage jobs.

The reported, supposed, spurt of 873,000 new jobs in the September Household Survey is anomalous and dubious for several reasons. It is wildly inconsistent with the more reliable Establishment Survey of 114,000 new jobs, based on business records, which is why the media has always focused on that number. It is wildly inconsistent with GDP growth as well, reported as 1.3% in the second quarter, and in decline over the past two years. Creating 873,000 jobs a month would reflect economic growth 3 to 4 times as large, at least.

The economy supposedly creating 873,000 new jobs in September, while losing 216,000 full time jobs, is also quite doubtful. The loss of 16,000 manufacturing jobs in September, totaling a loss of 38,000 over the past two months, raises similar doubts. Indeed, the reported September Household Survey increase of 873,000 jobs is inconsistent with the Household Survey's reported decline of 119,000 jobs in August and 195,000 jobs in July. The Obama Administration, and its party controlled media allies, totally ignored the Household Survey as too unreliable in those months.

All of this contradicting data, and much more, is instead consistent with the more grim reality that the economy is sliding back into renewed, double dip, recession. Real GDP growth has been in long term decline under President Obama, from 2.4% in 2010, to 2% in 2011, to only 1.6% in the first half of 2012, and 1.3% in the second quarter. During the first 3 years of Reagan's recovery, economic growth was nearly 3 times as large.

The record low labor force participation rates mean that nearly 25% of Americans from 25 to 55 are not working. Economist David Malpass in the weekendWall Street Journalfor September 29-30 notes the Commerce Department reporting that "orders for durable goods fell 13.2% in August" and "inflation adjusted personal income fell 0.3%," which Malpass terms "bright red recession flags." He adds that "Inflation-protected Treasury bonds have a negative yield for the first time in history," which indicates "a market expectation of negative real growth."

Malpass summarized Obama's economic policies as "His plan is to move the economy 'forward' by keeping the current policy framework in place and adding higher tax rates on income and capital gains." Indeed, now scheduled for January 1, under current law, are increases in the top tax rates for virtually every major federal tax, as the Obamacare tax increases become effective, and the Bush tax cuts expire, which Obama refuses to renew for the nation's successful small businesses, job creators, and investors. But the current policy framework has not worked. And those tax rate increases are unambiguously recessionary. That is why Malpass rightly concludes, "the new Commerce Department numbers, combined with [Obama's] stay-the-course approach, point to recession in 2013."

Clinton: Romney's Right, the Economy Isn't "Fixed" -- and Obama Knows It

Clinton: Romney's Right, the Economy Isn't "Fixed" -- and Obama Knows It

            Oct 18,  2012 05:06 PM EST

Hard truth-telling from an unlikely source, given his history.  I give you former President Clinton, campaigning in Ohio this afternoon:

Message: Romney's right.  The economy stinks.  Obama recognizes this painful reality, and wants to cry.  Of course, Clinton went on to make his now-familiar "but look at all the terrible 'Republican' policies that got us into this mess" argument, urging Ohioans to give The One some more time.  Obama needs that time, you see, to raise taxes foster "fairness" and increase the debt invest in our children's future.  The problem with this argument is that it's pretty powerfully refuted by someone else who's playing a minor role in the 2012 election:

"I will be held accountable.  I've got four years...if I don't have this done in three years, then there's going to be a one-term proposition."

Team Romney should make this into an ad as soon as possible. Open with Clinton's statement about Romney being correct that the economy is still in shambles, splice in Obama's "accountable" soundbyte, then close with "I'm Mitt Romney and I approve this message."  Cut and print.

UPDATE - From my email inbox, via the Romney campaign:

We agree with former President Bill Clinton. The economy has not been fixed under President Barack Obama. Today, more than 23 million Americans are struggling for work, poverty has increased and food stamps are at record levels. Mitt Romney believes we can do better by creating 12 million new jobs with higher take-home pay, cutting spending to put our nation on course for a balanced budget, and actually fixing our economy.” - Ryan Williams, Romney Campaign Spokesman

14 United States Governors : Prepare State Militia Defenses, To Be Ready Against Obama's Rogue Feder

14 United States Governors : Prepare State Militia Defenses, To Be Ready Against Obama’s Rogue Federal Forces!

By Editor |

Obama fearing a revolution against him by the states, has moved swiftly by nationalizing nearly all National Guard Forces in multiple states; Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, South Carolina – to name a few. The Governors of the Great States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia still have under their Command-and-Control the State Defense Forces to go against U.S. Federal forces should the need arise. Also important to note: There are NO U.S. laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces. This dilemma occurred during the Civil War with many “citizen soldiers” choosing to serve their states instead of the Federal Government.

Obama is angered by the several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as: “State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.”

Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.

Notice All Of Ramadan Celebrating Islamic Terrorist Camps

The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas. Both of these State Governors stated they have: “…deep fear the President is destroying their Nation.” Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since Obama took office he has appeased America’s enemies and has shunned some of America’s strongest allies, especially Israel. Governor Perry has declared that Obama is punishing his State of Texas by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into the cities and small towns of Texas. Governor Perry further recently stated: “If Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.”

George Washington takes the oath of office at Federal Hall in lower Manhattan, April 30, 1789.

On September 17, 1787 George Washington was the first to sign and accept the Constitution even though it had no Bill of Rights. It was Patrick Henry with his great speeches and lectures who in 1788 forced an agreement which promised that continued ratifica- tions of the document depended upon a Bill of Rights to be forthcoming.

In 1789 Washing- ton took office and was faced with the arduous task of pioneering the first presidency including the structuring of the militia system. By January 1790 the influence Patrick Henry had over him became quite apparent. When Washington chaired the 1787 Constitutional Convention, provi- sions had been made for the defense of the country against invasion and for stifling rebel- lions, but there was an insuf- ficiency of safeguards to be applied against tyranny brought on by public officials.

14 United State Governors : Prepare State Militia Defenses, To Be Ready Against Obama’s Rogue Federal Forces!

By 1790 Washington began work on his “Plan No. 2 for the Organization of the Militia.” By now he was more able to see the weaknesses in the Constitution. He openly discussed the threat of tyranny emanating from within the government. By then, Patrick Henry’s wisdom was spread throughout the 13 original states, and it was inculcated as the basis for the policies and functions of the militia. Henry perpetuated the people’s liberty. He sustained the ultimate authority of the people. Washington well under- stood the need to safeguard the nation from its foreign enemies. In his “Plan No. 2 for the Organization of the Militia” he undertook to warn about the dangers of domestic enemies: tyranny in government.

United States Militias: Oath To Support And Defend The Constitution Against All Enemies, Foreign And Domestic

Washington himself took the farmers out for practice, and he utilized the knowledge and experiences of his generals and other valuable officers in the War for Independence by having them instruct and train the citizens (the whole people) in the techniques of soldiering, and the maintenance of an ‘energetic national militia’.

His “Plan No. 2 for the Organization of the Militia” was communicated to the Senate, on the 21st of January 1790. This lengthy Plan was permeated with the proposition that it is the direct duty and responsibility of the people themselves to guard against tyranny from within government.

State’s Constitutional Militias: Sovereign Militias Buy More Firearms In 3 Months, Than What It Takes To Outfit The Entire Chinese And Indian Armies Combined!

Washington declared that the purpose of the militia was “to oppose the introduction of tyranny.” He had come a long way from the days when he accepted the Constitution without a Bill of Rights.

To view Washington’s statement in the context in which it was delivered, please look over the following excerpt taken from Pages 7-8 of an old document published by Gales and Seaton in 1832 entitled “American State Papers – Documents, Legislative and Executive, of the Congress of the United States, from the First Session of the First to the Second Session of the Fifteenth Congress, inclusive: commencing March 3, 1789, and ending March 3, 1819”.

This excerpt is a part of Wash- ington’s lengthy Plan No. 2 of 1790. While he also made re- ference to the prevention of invasion and rebellion, Washing- ton said that “the well informed members of the community (the people) were meant to be the real defence of the country”; and “the virtues and knowledge of the people would effectually oppose the introduction of tyranny.”

BREAKING -> Kansas Initiative For November, To Reaffirm ‘The Peoples’ Right to Bear Arms – Counters – Kansas House Resolution Initiative #5017 For November Removing ‘The People’ – 5017 Designed To Outlaw George Washington’s State Militias, Thus Violating The Bill Of Rights.

He warned that “the government would be invaded or overturned, and trampled upon by the bold and ambitious” — meaning people in our own country who operated without adherence to vital principles. The absoluteness of the right of the people to keep and bear arms is a basic principle. Unless the right to arms is absolute, the people cannot remain the ultimate power. The Bill of Rights confirmed that we possess many other rights beside the absolute right to arms. All of the other rights for the preservation of their own existence, depend entirely upon the absoluteness, the force, and the reasoning that have shaped the Second Amend- ment. Washington agreed with Patrick Henry on the purpose of the militia: It was to “oppose the introduction of tyranny.” Make no mistake about it: The prime reason for the Second Amend- ment is prevention of tyranny in government.

EXCERPT FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON’S 1790 PLAN FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MILITIA

“An energetic national militia is to be regarded as the capital security of a free republic, and not a standing army, forming a distinct class in the community.

It is the introduction and diffusion of vice, and corruption of manners, into the mass of the people, that renders a standing army necessary. It is when public spirit is despised, and avarice, indolence, and effeminacy of manners predominate, and prevent the establishment of institutions which would elevate the minds of the youth in the paths of virtue and honor, that a standing army is formed and riveted forever.

CDR Charles Kerchner (Ret) http://cdrkerchner.wordpress.com http://www.protectourliberty.org

While the human character remains unchanged, and societies and governments of considerable extent are formed, a principle ever ready to execute the laws, and defend the state, must constantly exist. Without this vital principle, the government would be invaded or overturned, and trampled upon by the bold and ambitious. No community can be long held together, unless its arrangements are adequate to its probable exigencies.

If it should be decided to reject a standing army for the military branch of the government of the United States, as possessing too fierce an aspect, and being hostile to the principles of liberty, it will follow that a well constituted militia ought to be established.

Southern Poverty Law Center Has Become A Danger To America!: Fronts For Islam Training Jihad Militia Groups On U.S. Soil!

A consideration of the subject will show the impracticability of disciplining at once the mass of the people. All discussions on the subject of a powerful militia will result in one or other of the following principles:

First, Either efficient institutions must be established for the military education of the youth, and that the knowledge acquired therein shall be diffused throughout the community, by the mean of rotation; or,

Secondly, That the militia must be formed of substitutes, after the manner of the militia of Great Britain.

United States Militias: Oath To Support And Defend The Constitution Against All Enemies, Foreign And Domestic

If the United States possess the vigor of mind to establish the first institution, it may reasonably be expected to produce the most unequivocal advantages. A glorious national spirit will be introduced, with its extensive train of political consequences. The youth will imbibe a love of their country; reverence and obedience to its laws; courage and elevation of mind; openness and liberality of character; accompanied by a just spirit of honor: in addition to which their bodies will acquire a robustness, greatly conducive to their personal happiness, as well as the defence of their country; while habit, with its silent but efficacious operations, will durably cement the system.

Habit, that powerful and universal law, incessantly acting on the human race, well deserves the attention of legislators—formed at first in individuals, by separate and almost imperceptible impulses, until at length it acquires a force which controls with irresistible sway. The effects of salutary or pernicious habits, operating on a whole nation, are immense, and decide its rank and character in the world.

-2-Hence the science of legislation teaches to scrutinize every national institution, as it may introduce proper or improper habits; to adopt with religious zeal the former, and reject with horror the latter.

A republic, constructed on the principles herein stated, would be uninjured by events, sufficient to overturn a government supported solely by the uncertain power of a standing army.

The Tree Of Liberty Must Be Refreshed From Time To Time With The Blood Of Patriots And Tyrants.

The well informed members of the community, actuated by the highest motives of self-love, would form the real defence of the country. Rebellions would be prevented or suppressed with ease; invasions of such a government would be undertaken only by mad men; and the virtues and knowledge of the people would effectually oppose the introduction of tyranny.

State Militias May Be Implemented To Root Out Obama’s Illegal Muslim Brotherhood: Islamic Terror Training Camps Inside The USA.

But the second principle, a militia of substitutes, is pregnant, in a degree, with the mischiefs of a standing army; as it is highly probable the substitutes from time to time will be nearly the same men, and the most idle and worthless part of the community. Wealthy families, proud of distinctions which riches may confer, will prevent their sons from serving in the militia of substitutes; the plan will degenerate into habitual contempt; a standing army will be introduced, and the liberties of the people subjected to all the contingencies of events.

The expense attending an energetic establishment of militia may be strongly urged as an objection to the institution. But it is to be remembered, that this objection is leveled at both systems, whether by rotation or by substitutes: for, if the numbers are equal, the expense will also be equal. The estimate of the expense will show its unimportance, when compared with the magnitude and beneficial effects of the institution.

But the people of the United States will cheerfully consent to the expenses of a measure calculated to serve as a perpetual barrier to their liberties; especially as they well know that the disbursements will be made among the members of the same community, and therefore cannot be injurious.

Every intelligent mind would rejoice in the establishment of an institution, under whose auspices the youth and vigor of the constitution would be renewed with each successive generation, and which would appear to secure the great principles of freedom and happiness against the injuries of time and events.

BREAKING! Taking America Down For British Banking Cartel : Russian Troops Coming To America To Counter State Militias!

The following plan is formed on these general principles:

First, That it is the indispensable duty of every nation to establish all necessary institutions for its own perfection and defence.

Secondly, That it is a capital security to a free state, for the great body of the people to possess a competent knowledge of the military art.

Thirdly, That this knowledge cannot be attained, in the present state of society, but by establishing adequate institutions for the military education of youth; and that the knowledge acquired therein should be diffused throughout the community by the principles of rotation.

Fourthly, That every man of the proper age, and ability of body, is firmly bound, by the social compact, to perform, personally, his proportion of military duty for the defence of the state.

-3-

Fifthly, That all men, of the legal military age, should be armed, enrolled, and held responsible for different degrees of military service.

And Sixthly, That agreeably to the constitution, the United States are to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia, and for governing such a part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States; reserving to the States, respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia, according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.”

State Militia Defense Forces For Homeland Security: ~ Against A Rogue Mainstream Government!

GEORGE WASHINGTON

George Washington is listed as No. 1 in the Hall of Fame. In addition to his many other remarkable achievements, his Farewell Address also has gone down in history as one of the greatest writings of all time. In it he warned against engaging in foreign influence and entanglements, weakening the fabric of the constitutional government, loss of respect for national morality and religious principles, growth of party spirit, and against the devastation brought on by pretended patriotism.

It was a disgraceful effort which caused February 22nd, Washington’s birthday, to be renamed as President’s Day, thus reducing the respect due to a man who had contributed so much of himself. In his Farewell Address he left us this immortal advice:

“Why quit our own to stand upon foreign ground? Why, by interweaving our destiny with that of any part of Europe, entangle our peace and prosperity in the toils of European ambition, rivalship, interest, humor and caprice?

George Washington And Father Augustine Washington

It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliance with any portion of the foreign world….”

Yet, we allow our public officials to “police the world”. Further still he said:

“One method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the Constitution, alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown…..”

Yet, we allow our public officials to effect grievous alterations in the operation of the Constitutional system, swear by the oath of office under pretended allegiance, and destroy our inherent right as the ultimate power in the republic by denying us the use of firearms.

Obama Administration Had $2 Billion in Extra Consulate Security Money When Benghazi Attack Occured

Obama Administration Had $2 Billion in Extra Consulate Security Money When Benghazi Attack Occured

            Oct 15,  2012 07:42 AM EST

Last week during congressional testimony from State Department officials who were on the ground in Libya, we heard over and over again that more security for the consulate in Benghazi was requested but denied. We also heard repeatedly from Democrats, including Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee Elijah Cummings, claiming a lack of funding was at fault for less security in Benghazi during the time of the attack on 9/11 that left four Americans dead. State Department officials said funding had nothing to do with the situation and now, Chairman Darrell Issa has revealed the State Department is sitting on $2 billion for consulate security, but won't spend it.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) says the State Department is sitting on $2.2 billion that should be spent on upgrading security at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide, but the Obama administration will not spend the funds.
Issa made his comment during an appearance on CBS's "Face the Nation" to discuss the recent attack in Benghazi, Libya, that left U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans dead. Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, held a highly partisan hearing on the incident last week.
Issa claims the State Department will not spend the already approved funds because they didn't want to the appearance of needing increased security.
"The fact is, they [the State Department.] are making the decision not to put the security in because they don't want the presence of security," Issa said. "That is not how you do security."

As Leah reported over the weekened, while Benghazi lacked security despite pleads from officails on the ground for more, money was spent so officials at the U.S. Embassy in Vienna could receive Chevy Volts

9/28/08 St. Pete for Peace statement on Obama following the first Presidential debate

Dear friends of peace,

The presidential debate on Friday night confirmed our previous statements about Barack Obama - he is not an antiwar candidate. St. Pete for Peace, in the strongest terms, condemns Obama's positions on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and Iraq, among others. Like John McCain, Obama is pro-military and pro-empire. And just like the Republican Party, the Democrats are not representing the people, as further evidenced by the Democrats who pushed at least as hard as the Republicans for the $700 billion Wall Street bailout.

Some people believe Obama is just making pro-war statements to get elected, but if that were true, how do you know he's not also being deceitful about the things he says in which you agree? And if he's saying things now just to get elected, how do you know he wouldn't say those things to get re-elected? Some say that an Obama presidency would mean that their antiwar voice has a chance of being heard. How can this be true if he's not listening to your voice now when he's trying to get your vote?

"But he's better than McCain" is the reason many give for their support of Obama. Yes, that's true. But, if somebody knocked on your door and said, "You can either give me your children, or you can give me every dollar you earn for the rest of your life" what would you say? You would say "neither" and shut the door. It's time to shut the door on the Republicans and Democrats until they start representing the people. Of course, John McCain and the Republicans are dangerous and should not be in power, but acceptance of the "lesser of two evils" philosophy is one reason we continue to be stuck with two evils.

So, what do we do? Well, if you support the Democrats and Obama, then at least demand they start representing you, or abandon the party. This is not a call to join some other party - election politics should be just one small part of participating in your country's affairs. This is a call to consciousness. What you do once every four years pales in comparison to what you do every day.

21 Signs That The Global Economic Crisis Is About To Go To A Whole New Level

21 Signs That The Global Economic Crisis Is About To Go To A Whole New Level

The global debt crisis has reached a dangerous new phase.  Unfortunately, most Americans are not taking notice of it yet because most of the action is taking place overseas, and because U.S. financial markets are riding high.  But just because the global economic crisis is unfolding at the pace of a "slow-motion train wreck" right now does not mean that it isn't incredibly dangerous.  As I have written about previously, the economic collapse is not going to be a single event.  Yes, there will be days when the Dow drops by more than 500 points.  Yes, there will be days when the reporters on CNBC appear to be hyperventilating.  But mostly there will be days of quiet despair as the global economic system slides even further toward oblivion.  And right now things are clearly getting worse.  Things in Greece are much worse than they were six months ago.  Things in Spain are much worse than they were six months ago.  The same thing could be said for Italy, France, Japan, Argentina and a whole bunch of other nations.  The entire global economy is slowing down, and we are entering a time period that is going to be incredibly painful for everyone.  At the moment, the U.S. is still experiencing a "sugar high" from unprecedented fiscal and monetary stimulus, but when that "sugar high" wears off the hangover will be excruciating.  Reckless borrowing, spending and money printing has bought us a brief period of "economic stability", but our foolish financial decisions will also make our eventual collapse far worse than it might have been.  So don't think for a second that the U.S. will somehow escape the coming global economic crisis.  The truth is that before this is all over we will be seen as one of the primary causes of the crisis.

The following are 21 signs that the global economic crisis is about to go to a whole new level....

#1 Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer says that the global economy is "awfully close" to recession.

#2 It was announced last week that the unemployment rate in Greece has reached an all-time high of 25.1 percent.  Unemployment among those 24 years old or younger is now more than 54 percent.  Back in April 2010, the unemployment rate in Greece was only sitting at 11.8 percent.

#3 The IMF is warning that Greek debt may have to be "restructured" yet again.

#4 Swedish Finance Minister Anders Borg says that it is "probable" that Greece will leave the euro, and that it might happen within the next six months.

#5 An angry crowd of approximately 40,000 angry Greeks recently descended on Athens to protest a visit by German Chancellor Angela Merkel...

From high-school students to pensioners, tens of thousands of Greek demonstrators swarmed into Athens yesterday to show the visiting German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, their indignation at their country's continued austerity measures.

Flouting the government's ban on protests, an estimated 40,000 people – many carrying posters depicting Ms Merkel as a Nazi – descended on Syntagma Square near the parliament building. Masked youths pelted riot police with rocks as the officers responded with tear gas.

The authorities had deployed 7,000 police, water cannon and a helicopter. Snipers were placed on rooftops to ensure the German leader's safety.

#6 The debt crisis is Argentina is becoming increasingly troublesome.

#7 The government debt to GDP ratio in Italy is expected to hit 126 percent this year.  In Greece, it is expected to hit 198 percent.  In Japan, it is expected to hit a whopping 237 percent.

#8 Standard & Poor’s has slashed the credit rating on Spanish government debt to BBB-, which is just one level above junk status.

#9 Back in the year 2000, the ratio of total debt to GDP in Spain was 192 percent.  By 2011, it had reached 363 percent.

#10 Record amounts of money are being pulled out of Spanish banks, and many large Spanish banks are rapidly heading toward insolvency.

#11 Manufacturing activity in Spain has contracted for 17 months in a row.

#12 It is being projected that home prices in Spain will fall by another 15 percent by the end of 2013.

#13 The unemployment rate in France is now above 10 percent, and it has risen for 16 months in a row.

#14 There are signs that Switzerland may be preparing for "major civil unrest" throughout Europe.

#15 The former top economist at the European Central Bank says that the ECB has fallen into a state of "panic" as it desperately tries to solve the European debt crisis.

#16 According to a recent IMF report, European banks may need to sell off 4.5 trillion dollars in assets over the next 14 months in order to meet strict new capital requirements.

#17 In August, U.S. exports dropped to the lowest level that we have seen since last February.

#18 Economics Professor Barry Eichengreen is very concerned about what is coming next for stocks in the United States...

"I’m worried that stock markets in the United States in particular have gotten ahead of economic growth"

#19 During the week ending October 3rd, investors pulled more than 10 billion dollars out of U.S. mutual funds.  Overall, a total of more than 100 billion dollars has been pulled out of U.S. mutual funds so far this year.

#20 As I wrote about the other day, the IMF is warning that there is an "alarmingly high" risk of a deeper global economic slowdown.

#21 When shipping companies start laying off workers, that is one of the best signs that economic activity is slowing down.  That is why it was so troubling when it was announced that FedEx is planning to get rid of "several thousand" workers over the coming months.  According to AFP, "its business is being hit by the global economic slowdown".

For even more signs that the global economy is rapidly crumbling, please see my previous article entitled "The Largest Economy In The World Is Imploding Right In Front Of Our Eyes".

So is anyone doing well right now?

Yes, it turns out that QE3 is padding the profits of the big banks in the United States and making the wealthy even wealthier just like I warned that it would.

According to the Washington Post, QE3 is helping the big banks much more than it is helping consumers.  Is this what the Fed intended all along?...

JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, said Friday they won’t make home loans much cheaper for consumers, even as they reported booming profits from that business.

Those bottom lines have been padded by federal initiatives to stimulate the economy. The Federal Reserve is spending $40 billion a month to reduce mortgage rates to encourage Americans to buy homes. Instead, its policies may be generating more benefits for banks than borrowers.

So exactly how much has QE3 helped out the big banks?  Just check out these numbers...

Revenue from mortgages was up 57 percent in the third quarter compared with the same period last year at JPMorgan and more than 50 percent up at Wells Fargo.

But should we expect anything else from the Federal Reserve?

The American people are trusting the Fed to protect our economy, and yet they cannot even protect their own shipments of money.  In fact, the Fed recently lost a large shipment of new $100 bills.

Or perhaps could letting people steal money from their own trucks be another way that the Fed is trying to "stimulate the economy"?

Stranger things have happened.

In any event, the truth is that the U.S. economy and the U.S. financial system are unsustainable from any angle that you want to look at things.

We are drowning in government debt, we are drowning in consumer debt, Wall Street has been transformed into a high risk casino where our largest financial institutions are putting it all on the line on a daily basis, we are consuming far more than we are producing, there are more than 100 million Americans on welfare and we are stealing more than 100 million dollars an hour from future generations to pay for it all.

Anyone that believes that we are in "good shape" does not know the first thing about economics.

Sadly, the U.S. is not alone.  Nations all over the globe are experiencing similar problems.

The global economic crisis is just beginning and it is going to get much, much worse.

I hope that you ready.

Black Christians: Shame! Shame! Shame!

October 14, 2012

Black Christians: Shame! Shame! Shame!

By Lloyd  Marcus

Increasingly,  I am hearing the following mantra/narrative from black Christians:"I'm  voting for Obama because he is the lesser of the two evils."  This is  an extremely weak attempt to justify their racism and loyalty to The Black Code  (never side with a white against a fellow black).

From  a Christian point of view, how can any Bible-believer conclude that Mitt Romney  is more evil than Barack Obama?

Here  are a few of the numerous things on Obama's anti-Christian agenda.  Obama  supports same-sex marriage and has vowed to be an advocate for the gay, lesbian,  bisexual, and transgender communities.  Obama supports abortion, including  infanticide (making it illegal to provide medical aid to a baby who has survived  a failed abortion).  Despite their strong will to survive, these babies  must be left to die.

Massive  governmental controls hidden in ObamaCare include forcing Christian institutions  to fund abortion services against the teachings of their faith.  Think  about that: the federal government demanding that Christians betray their  biblical beliefs.  Forty Catholic groups are fighting back by suing the  Obama administration.  In typical liberal incremental fashion, our military  has gone from a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy to being mandated under Obama to  celebrate Gay Pride Month.

Indisputable  facts are available  everywhere exposing Obama to be the most anti-Christian president in U.S.  history.  I know some of you black Christians will continue to stick your  heads in the sand, refusing to accept the truth.  Woe be unto you.   Racism is evil, whether it comes from whites or from blacks blindly  worshiping Obama because of his skin color.

So,  black Christians, tell me Romney's stated anti-Christian agenda.  Grasping  at straws, some will say Romney is a Mormon and Mormonism does not jive with  Christianity.  Well, you may have a point.  However, Romney has not  attacked Christianity or pledged to force Christians to betray their faith.   Obama is boldly and dictatorially implementing his anti-Christian agenda.   Regrettably, many of you black so-called followers of Christ realize who  Obama really is and what he is doing.  And yet you will vote for him anyway  because of your sick addiction to racial politics.

I  have also heard Christians say, "OK, I admit that Obama is destroying  America, but I cannot vote for a Mormon."  Such thinking is illogical.   Imagine: your home is on fire, and your family is trapped inside.   The Hell's Angels motorcycle gang arrives at the scene, offering to go  inside to rescue your loved ones.  How absurd would it be to reject their  "God-sent" help because you disapprove of the Hell's Angels'  lifestyle?

Remember  this old joke?  A guy was trapped on his roof during a flood.  He  prayed for help.  Various volunteers came to his aid in boats.  The  man rejected them all, waiting for God to save him.  The foolish man  drowned.  In Heaven, the man asked God why he did not answer his prayer.   God replied, "I did answer your prayer.  You rejected everyone I  sent."

America  is on fire, folks.  Romney/Ryan are the available firefighters.  Thus,  I believe they are "God-sent."

I  asked a black minister friend to further explain this "lesser evil" thing.   He said the "lesser evil" in his mind is the economy.  While not  disputing Obama's anti-Christian agenda, Obama still wins his vote because he  believes that Romney/Ryan's plan will further the decline of America's economy.   In essence, this black minister of the Gospel is saying he values the  economy over God's condemnation of homosexuality, over the lives of babies, and  over freedom of worship.

And  by the way, this minister thinking that Obama's economic plan of spending our  way to prosperity is superior to Romney/Ryan's plan is idiotic, nonsensical, and  absurd.  I cannot believe that my friend is that stupid.  I believe  that citing the economy as his reason for voting for Obama is a weak excuse to  mask his racism, pure and simple.

To  all you Obama-is-the-lesser-of-two-evils black Christian voters, you should be  ashamed of yourselves.  You ain't foolin' nobody.  You are racists!   May God have mercy on your souls.

Another Obama Executive Order Allows Seizure of Americans' Bank Accounts

Another Obama Executive Order Allows Seizure of Americans’ Bank Accounts

Written by Bob Adelmann

The latest executive order (EO) emanating from the White House October 9 now claims the power to freeze all bank accounts and stop any related financial transactions that a “sanctioned person” may own or try to perform — all in the name of “Iran Sanctions.”

Titled an “Executive Order from the President regarding Authorizing the Implementation of Certain Sanctions…” the order says that if an individual is declared by the president, the secretary of state, or the secretary of the treasury to be a “sanctioned person,” he (or she) will be unable to obtain access to his accounts, will be unable to process any loans (or make them), or move them to any other financial institution inside or outside the United States. In other words, his financial resources will have successfully been completely frozen. The EO expands its authority by making him unable to use any third party such as “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, subgroup or other organization” that might wish to help him or allow him to obtain access to his funds.

And if the individual so “sanctioned” decides that the ruling is unfair, he isn't allowed to sue. In two words, the individual has successfully been robbed blind.

But it’s all very legal. The EO says the president has his “vested authority” to issue it, and then references endless previous EOs, including one dating back to 1995 which declared a “state of emergency” (which hasn’t been lifted): Executive Order 12957.

EO 12957 was issued by President Bill Clinton on March 15, 1995, which was also obliquely related to the Iran “problem”:

I, William J. Clinton, President of the United States of America, find that the actions and policies of the Government of Iran to constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

Clinton’s EO further delegated such powers as were necessary to enforce the EO to the secretaries of the treasury and state “to employ all powers … as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government.”

Such EOs are the perfect embodiment of what the Founders feared the most: the combining of the legislative, executive, and judicial functions into one body. Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution says: “All legislative powers herein shall be vested in a Congress of the United States.” As Thomas Eddlem, writing for The New American, expressed it, “then it stands to reason [that] none is left for the president.”

But Joe Wolverton, also in The New American, pointed out the particular piece of language the Founders used to limit the powers of the president which totalitarians have twisted to allow such powers to expand: the “take care” clause, to wit: Article II, Section 3: he [the president] shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed…

With every EO, the president avoids the cumbersome constitutional safeguards spelled out by the Constitution, and uses them to implement policies he "knows" are right. Says Wolverton: "With every one of these … executive orders, then, the president elevates his mind and will above that of the people, Congress and the courts."

The current administration has had a lot of help in justifying and codifying the legitimacy of executive orders, going all the way back to President George Washington who in 1793 issued his “Neutrality Proclamation,” which declared that the United States would remain neutral in the current conflict between France and Great Britain, and would bring sanctions against any American citizen who attempted to provide assistance to either party. The language of Washington is eerily similar to that used by President Obama in the present case:

I have therefore thought fit by these presents to declare the disposition of the United States to observe the conduct aforesaid toward those powers respectively, and to exhort and warn the citizens of the United States carefully to avoid all acts and proceedings whatsoever which may in any manner tend to contravene such disposition…

I have given instructions to those officers to whom it belongs to cause prosecutions to be instituted against all persons who shall, within the cognizance of the courts of the United States, violate the law of nations with respect to the powers at war, or any of them.

When James Madison protested Washington’s usurpation of powers not intended for the president, Congress acquiesced and passed, retroactively, the Neutrality Act of 1794, validating Washington’s usurpation.

President Lincoln engaged in similar usurpations, using presidential “directives” to run the early months of the Civil War, presenting Congress with, as Todd Gaziano put it,

the decision either to adopt his [directives] as legislation or to cut off support for the Union army.

Within his first two months in office, on April 15, 1861, Lincoln issued a proclamation activating troops to defeat the Southern rebellion and for Congress to convene on July 4.

He also issued proclamations to procure warships and to expand the size of the military; in both cases, the proclamations provided for payment to be advanced from the Treasury without congressional approval.

These latter actions were probably unconstitutional, but Congress acquiesced in the face of wartime contingencies, and the matters were never challenged in court.

President Franklin Roosevelt often overlooked the niceties of constitutional restraints as well. As Gaziano expressed it, “FDR also showed a tendency to abuse his executive order authority and [to] claim powers that were not conferred on him in the Constitution or by statute.”

As far as numbers of executive orders issued, Obama is a piker. At the moment, although the list is growing, his administration has issued only 900 or so executive orders. President Theodore Roosevelt issued 1,006 while President Woodrow Wilson issued 1,791. Even President Calvin Coolidge used the EO “privilege” 1,253 times.

The granddaddy of them all, FDR, issued an astounding 3,728 executive orders, but of course he was in office longer than Obama.

President Bill Clinton issued only 364 executive orders, but he made the most of them, using this extra-legal power to, among other things, wage war in Yugoslavia without congressional approval. Cliff Kincaid collated the numerous EOs issued by Clinton in 1998 and 1999, and concluded:

Clinton waged his war on Yugoslavia through executive order and presidential directive. Clinton used executive orders to designate a "war zone," call up troops, proclaim a "national emergency" with respect to Yugoslavia, and impose economic sanctions on the Belgrade government.

Clinton claimed war-making presidential authority through his "constitutional authority" to conduct "foreign relations," as "Commander in Chief" and as "Chief Executive." Under this self-designated authority, Clinton delegated command-and-control of U.S. forces to NATO and its Secretary-General Javier Solana, who decided when the air war would be discontinued…

The most outrageous executive order of all time was that issued by President Roosevelt that allowed the enforced internment of 120,000 Japanese-Americans: 9066.

Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) called EOs patently unconstitutional. When asked about them by Fox News’ Megan Kelly, Paul responded:

The Constitution says that only Congress passes laws. The executive branch is not allowed to pass laws, nor should the judicial system pass laws. So it is clearly unconstitutional to issue these executive orders.

They’ve been done for a long time, both parties have done it, but the Congress is careless. They allow and encourage and do these deals … to get the president to circumvent the Congress. If something’s unpopular and he can’t get it passed, well, let’s just sign an executive order. So I think that is blatantly wrong. I think this defies everything the founders intended. I think it’s a shame that Congress does it, and I think it’s a shame that the American people put up with it.

Although the polls show the presidential campaigns neck and neck, the facts continue to look negative for Barack Obama.  Two-thirds of the American people say they believe the United States is going in the wrong direction, and changing the occupant of the White House is the only way to reverse course.

Unemployment remains the prime political issue, but the Democrats still allow a tsunami of legal and illegal immigrants to take jobs away from U.S. citizens.  Obama’s jobs czar, Jeffrey Immelt, is busy creating jobs in Communist China instead of in the U.S.A.

Obama’s wild spending is putting an albatross around the necks of our children and grandchildren.  Americans have enough personal debt, and they don’t want their kids to assume the burden of paying for Obama’s extravagances.

Obama’s record makes clear that our future of constitutional government will be endangered if he has the opportunity to name the next two Supreme Court justices.  He says prime qualifications for his judicial nominees will be (not devotion to the Constitution as written but) their support of abortion rights and “empathy” for “poor or African-Americans or gay or disabled.”

Obama showed his contempt for our constitutional legislative process by issuing an executive order to implement the DREAM Act, which Congress had refused to pass.  It looks like he wants to make Congress irrelevant and have the Executive Branch create and promulgate all legislation.

Another example of a dictatorial executive-branch act in bypassing Congress was deleting the work requirement in the welfare reform act passed by Congress in 1996 and signed by President Clinton.  By a stroke of the pen, Obama thus added thousands more to dependency on government handouts, which is one of his major tactics to break the private-enterprise system.

Obama again showed his contempt for our constitutional legislative process by his effort to get rid of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).  That is another example of his violation of the express obligation laid on the president by the U.S. Constitution to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.”

Despite the consistent opposition of the American people, Obama continues to push for implementation of Obamacare, a federal takeover of one-sixth of the U.S. economy.  He continues to demand that schools, colleges and hospitals that are built and maintained by Christian denominations pay for procedures and drugs they believe are immoral, or else pay exorbitant fines that spell speedy bankruptcy.

Obama is pushing hard for a federal takeover of what public schools are teaching our kids by promoting a dumbed-down curriculum called the common core.  He is baiting the states to sign up by giving waivers to 26 states that excuse them from the requirements of the No Child Left Behind law.

His lawyers carried a case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to try to force a Lutheran school to rehire a teacher the school had fired.  Fortunately, the Supreme Court slapped down the administration attorneys with a rare 9-0 decision.

Obama is carrying on a tremendous war against religious liberty.  He is trying to redefine the “free exercise” clause of the First Amendment (the way Americans have understood it for more than two centuries) to mean “freedom of worship” inside a church but excluding any reference to religion in any public place or school.

Obama’s attitude toward people of faith seems to hover between disdain and dislike.  He contemptuously referred to them as “bitter” people who cling to their guns to relieve their frustrations.

Obama continues to reduce U.S. production of energy by prohibiting expanded drilling for oil on our own lands, regulating coal mines out of existence, and canceling our favorite light bulbs to force us to buy more expensive light bulbs from Communist China that give less light.  To add insult to injury, he gave a big hunk of U.S. taxpayers’ money to Brazil to finance that country’s drilling for oil.

Obama continues to try to cut holes in our sovereignty by pushing ratification of every United Nations treaty.  This includes the ridiculous U.N. treaty on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the dangerous Law of the Sea treaty and the U.N. treaty on ownership of guns that threatens our Second Amendment.

Obama showed his contempt for U.S. military security in 2012 when he told Russian President Medvedev, “After my election, I have more flexibility” about missile defense.  Medvedev replied, “I will transmit this information to Vladimir.”

That off-mic remark indicated more reductions in our missile defenses.  Obama says he wants a nuclear-free world, which means putting America at the mercy of dictators who hate us and respect no treaties.

Obama wasn’t kidding when he said he wants to “fundamentally transform the United States

The Obama Tapes That Can Bring Romney Victory ( A Must Read ! )

The Obama Tapes That Can Bring Romney Victory

By Edward  Olshaker

Elections  are less likely to be decided by  debates  than by a handful of images engraved in voters' minds.  The possibility  persists that President Obama might win this battle of images -- and thus the  election -- by relentlessly depicting Mitt Romney as rich, out of touch, and  uncaring, a caricature amplified by endless repetition of Romney's "47 percent"  tape by the Obama campaign, with ample help from his devoted  media.

On  September 25, for example, long after it was news, all three networks reported  on how the damaging  video  simply won't go away (no doubt because they won't stop showing it).  They  magnified its effect in various ways: showing Obama mocking Romney's comment in  a speech, showing Romney being interrogated about it, and reporting that Obama  ads about the video are being run in swing states as an excuse to show it yet  again.  The media's brazenness reached a new level when, a mere hour after  the October 3 debate, Nightline showed the video repeatedly, no doubt  having expected Obama to have mentioned it.  The next day, the NBC, ABC,  NBC, and PBS evening news featured the Romney tape in reporting the "news" that  Obama surprisingly had not brought it up.  (Romney's recent declaration  that his comment was "completely wrong" is unlikely to make a difference in  coverage by a media that is determined to defeat  him.)

Yet  the attacks can be overcome, and the media filter can be bypassed.  Just as  Romney's use of ruthlessly negative ads knocked Gingrich and Santorum out of the  primaries, defeating Obama requires countering the 47 percent video with far  more devastating tapes in which Obama has been revealed as radical,  untrustworthy, and two-faced.

At  the top of the list is the chilling video of Obama whispering secret  assurances  of future flexibility to former Russian President Medvedev.  This alone  could decide the election, confirming what would be dismissed as hyperbolic  "conspiracy theory" if it were not caught on tape for all to see: that Obama  seemingly remains under the influence of his radical, anti-American  indoctrination and has a dangerous agenda he keeps hidden.  It reveals much  that the Romney campaign dare not say out loud.  Luckily, no one needs to  say it out loud.  They simply need to run campaign ads of this video until  this deeply unsettling moment becomes ingrained in the minds of every  battleground state voter.

President  Obama: "This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility [on  missile defense]."

President  Medvedev: "I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir."

Last  March, the Republican National Committee released an adshowing the open-microphone  moment, but its impact risks being diminished by the increasing flood of new  commercials.  And voters are less likely to retain numerous facts, figures,  and policy details than to remember a visual moment (everyone remembers Clint  Eastwood's chair, but who can recall much of Romney's convention speech?).   As Romney's strongest card, the Obama-Medvedev video deserves to be the  highlight of the campaign's final days, the main image voters take with them  into the voting booths.

The  Romney campaign also might note that Obama's overheard promise to Medvedev is  not an uncharacteristic anomaly, but rather the continuation of a pattern.   In 2008, the Obama campaign got caught promising Canadian  officials  the opposite of what he was pledging to primary voters -- a revealing instance  of duplicity Hillary Clinton tried in vain to warn Americans about.  There  are similar reported assurances to  Palestinians  to "sit tight" until after this election (not the first time such  a secret promise on Mideast policy has been alleged).

Similarly,  Ambassador Joseph Wilson notedin 2008 that one reason for Obama  foreign policy adviser Samantha Power's resignation was her "honestly revealing  on a British television program that Obama's public position on withdrawal from  Iraq is not really his true position, nor does it reflect what he would  do."  And Ahmadinejad now sounds disturbingly certain that a re-elected  Obama would be more  compliant.   Did Iran's president receive a Medvedev-type promise? Sadly, it's no longer  unthinkable.

The  second-most damaging tape is a newly relevant "oldie": Obama, at a private  fundraiser in 2008, disparaging ordinary Americans as bitterly clinging to  religion and guns -- a moment recently echoed by the Democratic Convention's  display of hostility to religion.  PBS and ABC, to their credit, brought up  the remark when initially reporting on the Romney 47 percent tape.  Yet  both drew the same odd conclusion: that Obama's statement is no longer damaging  because it passed some sort of expiration date.  As Judy Woodruff reported:

The  episode drew comparisons to  2008,  when then candidate Obama remarked at a private fundraiser that people in  depressed areas of the Midwest -- quote -- "get bitter and cling to guns or  religion." That statement came in the middle of the Democratic primary season,  giving Mr. Obama time to recover politically.

For  Romney, the timing is more problematic, with Election Day now just seven weeks  away.

A  modest proposal: saturate the airwaves with this Obama quote once again, damage  his candidacy with it once again, and he'll need "time to recover politically"  once again.

This  Obama quote deserves to be revived because it reveals secret contempt for a  demographic that includes a large portion of swing voters, and it has been  tested and found effective.  Jay Carney, as a pundit in 2008, saidit revealed "a huge weakness," and  that the outcome of the Pennsylvania primary would be a barometer of the effect  -- or non-effect -- of Obama's remark.  Sen. Clinton -- like Romney, a  personally unpopular candidate taking on the uniquely charismatic Obama -- won  in Pennsylvania by 10 points.

So  Romney really should take a hint and bombard the battleground states with the  "cling to religion" quote, combining it with videoof the majority of Democratic  delegates voting a resounding "no" to including mention of God in the party's  platform and booing when they did not prevail.  That moment, when Obama's  disdainful 2008 comment was revealed to be the 2012 Democratic Convention's  majority view, illustrated how completely the millions of Democrats and  independents who believe in God have been abandoned by today's Democratic  Party.  The media will not highlight this historic, game-changing  reality.  The Romney campaign must.

The  Medvedev and "cling to religion" videos both reveal the same inconvenient truth,  exposing Obama as a con man whose attitudes, beliefs, and policies behind closed  doors are frighteningly different from what he pretends in public.  His  opinion of the most cherished values of ordinary Americans seems to border on  contempt, while in foreign policy he treats antagonists as allies and vice-versa  (demonstrated again when an open microphone caught him disparagingBenjamin  Netanyahu).

Another  troubling moment caught on tape (and ignored by the media) is Obama's  characterization of Eisenhower-era America as closely resembling  Nazism  during a 2001 radio interview -- a comment that takes on new significance in  light of an e-mail to Democratic donors warning  that Romney would return us to "a social agenda from the 1950s."  Voters  are entitled to hear their president using the word  "Nazism"in  reference to his country and decide whether they agree and whether it affects  their vote.  (If Romney had said it, he'd be interrogated about it in  interviews and in the debates, pollsters would ask voters if it negatively  affected their view of him, and the media would report the poll results as yet  more bad news for his campaign.)

Among  the other compelling tapes ignored by the media, the  suppressed  video of Obama and three terrorists at an Israel-bashing event carries with it  explosive yet unused ammunition in the hands of the Romney team.  While ads  are running today in swing states demanding that Romney "should come clean" on his tax  returns,  the Romney campaign fails to reciprocally demand that Obama and his loyal media  release the video that clearly contains something so damaging that it could sink  his campaign.  (Meanwhile, the political ally of Ayers, Dohrn, and Khalidi  feels free to portray Romney as an extremist.)

There's  also a stunning tape of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, interviewed for Edward Klein's  book The Amateur, claiming  that the  2008 Obama campaign offered him a bribe to stay quiet.  Yet that bombshell  from Wright, who feels betrayed by Obama and is clearly eager to damage him, has  been disregarded by Romney and his surrogates and allowed to fade into obscurity  by the conservative media outlets that reported it.  Is everyone  asleep?

In  light of his record of domestic and foreign policy failure, Obama is running  surprisingly strong and cannot be counted out.  Defeating him might require  more than his dismal record alone -- something guaranteed to elicit a deep  visceral reaction.  It appears that Obama's reign, like Nixon's, can most  effectively be brought to an end by his own troubling words caught on  t

White House Link to Fast and Furious Back in the United States

White House Link to Fast and Furious Back in the United States

            Oct 12,  2012 02:10 PM EST

Former White House National Security Adviser Kevin O'Reilly is back in the United States after spending a year in Iraq filling a position with the State Department. As a refresher, O'Reilly is the White House official who was receiving information about Operation Fast and Furious from former Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Division Bill Newell. O'Reilly forwarded that information to other members of the White House National Security team, including President Obama's Senior Adviser to Latin America Dan Restrepo. In August, Restrepo left the White House for the private sector.

We first learned about the direct White House connection to Operation Fast and Furious during a Congressional hearing on July 26, 2011 when Newell admitted being in contact with O'Reilly about the program. As soon as this revelation occurred, O'Reilly was shipped off to Iraq and made unavailable for comment to the press and unavailable to answer questions from Congressional investigators about Operation Fast and Furious.

O’Reilly recently returned to Washington, D.C., to work in the State Department’s Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, a State Department official confirmed to CNSNews.com.
The State Department official told CNSNews.com that O’Reilly’s reassignment to Iraq from the White House “was a standard foreign service career rotation that had been planned for months in advance of his detail to the NSS.” The State Department could not confirm O’Reilly’s new title at the State Department.
The State Department official claimed to be unaware of an assertion by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), who said someone else had been selected for the job in Iraq before O’Reilly was “suddenly” transferred there.
“O’Reilly’s sudden transfer to Baghdad occurred just days after the aforementioned e-mails with William Newell were produced to the Committee and Newell testified about them before Congress,” Issa, the chairman of the House Oversight panel, and Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote in a Sept. 27 letter to O’Reilly’s attorney Thomas G. Connolly.
“Additionally, we have learned that O’Reilly took the place of a previously selected individual—an individual who had gone through a competitive application process and thorough vetting process, had the necessary qualifications, and whose spouse was already in Baghdad in anticipation of the individual’s arrival—to serve as the head of the Police Development Program.”

Recently, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz said it was "impossible" to get any information about Kevin O'Reilly's role in the operation from the White House during the internal DOJ investigation of the scandal.
