We are being asked to believe that Romney got close to three million fewer votes in 2012 than John McCain got in 2008.

I don’t know exactly how – rigging voting machines, hacking tabulation software, whatever. What I do know is that it is totally beyond inevitability and into the realm of ridiculously absurd that Romney actually got any fewer votes than McCain in 2008, much less millions fewer.

I hate going down a conspiracy road, but yes I believe the election was stolen, and the implications of that are very bad. First of all, Obama received 10 million less votes than he did in 2008. The part that is unbelievable is that Romney received 3 million less votes than McCain. At the end of the day, Obama won in the 4 critical swing states by 500,000 votes. But it is worse than that. We can look at who voted.

By examining the number of Independents and their preference shift among actual voters, we know that 5 million Independents changed their votes from Obama to Romney. So Romney started the day 2.5 million votes ahead of where McCain was in 2008.

They didn’t show up at the polls, or their votes were not counted. We know now that no subgroup of the coalition decided to sit out. So the current attempts to blame the Social Conservatives are stupid. All of our groups showed up to vote at the rates they did in 2008. For this to be true, over 10% of Republicans needed to decide not to vote this year, who did vote in 2008.

In fact, it is even worse, we know for a fact that heavy GOP counties were swamped all day. We watched all day as, e.g., Pasco County Florida was showing huge increases in GOP voters over the 2008 numbers. In Virginia, with 69% of the precincts in, Romney held a 6% lead. Yet once a small number of counties reported, that lead disappeared. If the vote drop off occurred, it occurred in a very small number of counties. It was not visible nationwide. I contend that you can not get a 10% drop off in GOP turnout without it being noticeable during the GOTV effort, measures of enthusiasm in polling, or visibly lower turnout in GOP leaning precincts.

For anyone who doesn’t want to think that the Obama campaign would engage in such blatant election fraud, contemplate this.

These are the same people who ran Fast and Furious without regard for the cost in human lives, turned off their credit card verification system to allow fraudulent donations, and allowed four Americans in Libya to die because it was politically inconvenient.

Do you really think that massive election fraud is something they wouldn’t do? If this is true, then we have some hard things to consider.

First of all, we are now needlessly fracturing our coalition pointing fingers at people for not voting.

Second, we are making an assumption about the make up of the American public that is not true.

We are going to modify our party and message to appeal to a group of individuals who do not represent the majority of the population.

Most difficult to believe is that we are living in Venezuela where our elections are merely for show, and the people in charge of the Governments decide who will win elections. We become wards of the State, which is the aim of those who stole this election.

So how can this be proved? I am going to start by looking at a few key counties in Florida. What I want to see is the voter registration numbers by party, and then compare them to the actual votes received. Theoretically, if this were to be done for all counties in Florida, we could see where the fraud occurred. Comparing the votes Romney received to the strike lists would show that in specific counties Romney received something like 50% of the Republican vote (picking a number out of the air) while we know that nationwide he received 95% of the Republican vote. To really get to the answer, we would need to get the registration books, which might be possible through Freedom of Information act. Those show who actually voted, by name, and their party. The media will not pursue this. This will take citizen journalists working in every state.

This letter was sent to TPATH yesterday.  It has all the points most of us have been thinking.  Let’s hope Dave in Florida is successful with his several county analysis.

Americans are being systematically targeted and murdered by the Obama Administration on suspicions alone and without respect to Due Process of Law. There is no trial by jury and no appeal, just an execution that is carried out by agents of the US Government on orders of the President.

An “extrajudicial killing” is defined as the killing of a person by government authorities without any judicial proceedings or sanctioned legal process. It is by definition unlawful, as it bypasses the Due Process of Law in the jurisdiction in which it is carried out in.

When President Obama ordered the deaths of Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan for suspected terrorist activities, he conspired in the unlawful murder of American Citizens. These men, both Americans, were summarily executed along with others without any respect for the Law.

There is no question that Barack Obama conspired to commit the murders of Americans. Not only has he admitted his role in the deaths of these Americans, he has defended his participation in these unlawful acts against these Americans, deeming them a threat to the United States.

All Americans are at risk of “extrajudicial killing” if and when they are deemed a threat to the United States. Any citizen of this country may be put to death without Due Process of Law upon orders of Barack Obama.

To protect Americans from wanton murder at the hands of government agents , the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Congressman Lamar Smith, must propose a Resolution calling for the Judiciary Committee to begin a formal inquiry into the issue of impeaching Barack Obama for the crime of murder.

This is the only way for our elected officials to prove that no one is above the Rule of Law.

Do elections have consequences? If you have been paying attention to the financial markets, you might think so. Wall Street has had two horrible days since President Obama won a second term.

However, stock prices are not the only thing taking a hit. It appears that the job market is also suffering. In the last 48 hours, the following major corporations have announced layoffs in America (links take you to news stories about the layoffs – with details from the companies):

• Energizer -

The St. Louis-based company said Thursday that it expects to shed about 1,500 employees. When finished, the restructuring should lead to $200 million in pretax yearly savings, Energizer said. It aims to have most of its restructuring steps finished by the end of September 2014.

• Exide Technologies -

Exide Technologies announced Thursday that it will be idling its lead-recycling operations in Laureldale and laying off 150 workers, effective no later than March 31.

• Westinghouse -

Westinghouse Anniston, the contractor responsible for shutting down Anniston’s chemical weapons incinerator, has reduced its workforce by another 50 employees.

• Research in Motion Limited -

Research in Motion Ltd., the maker of BlackBerry smartphones, laid off about 200 people at its U.S. headquarters in Irving on Wednesday, according to a source close to the company who did not want to be named.

 

• Lightyear Network Solutions -

More than one dozen employees at a Pikeville company lost their jobs this week. Officials with Lightyear Network Solutions said they are consolidating offices in Louisville and Pikeville to save money.

• Providence Journal -

The Providence Journal Co. laid off 23 full-time workers Wednesday as part of a cost-cutting effort, including 16 members of the Providence Newspaper Guild and 7 non-union employees.

• Hawker Beechcraft -

The company says 240 employees will lose their jobs with the closing of Hawker Beechcraft Services facilities in Little Rock, Ark.; Mesa, Ariz.; and San Antonio, Texas.

• Boeing (30% of their management staff) -

Boeing Co. said Wednesday it plans to employ 30% fewer executives at its Boeing Defense, Space & Security unit by the end of 2012 compared to 2010 levels.

• CVPH Medical Center -

CVPH Medical Center has handed pink slips to 17 employees. The layoffs — nine in management and eight hourly staffers — are part of an effort to “help bolster the hospital’s financial position in 2013 and beyond,” a press release said.

• US Cellular -

The move will result in 980 job cuts at U.S. Cellular, with 640 in the Chicago area, according to a spokeswoman. The cuts are slightly under 12 percent of the approximately 8,400 total employees U.S. Cellular had at the end of the third quarter.

• Momentive Performance Materials -

About 150 workers at Sistersville’s Momentive Performance Materials plant will be temporarily laid off later this month, officials said this week.

• Rocketdyne -

About 100 employees at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, most of whom work in the San Fernando Valley, were laid off Wednesday in response to dwindling government spending on space exploration, the company said. The layoffs were effective immediately, and 75 percent of them came at the facilities on Canoga and De Soto avenues, which employ about 1,100 people. The company has six sites across the Valley.

• Brake Parts -

The leader of an automotive parts plant in Lincoln County has told state officials that there are plans to lay off 75 workers starting in late December…The layoffs are expected to start Dec. 28 and continue in the first quarter of 2013

Vestas Wind Systems A/S (VWS) is seeking to sell a stake of as much as 20 percent and said it’s reducing headcount by 3,000 to raise the staff cuts by the biggest wind turbine maker to almost a third over two years.

• Husqvarna -

Husqvarna AB (HUSQB), the world’s biggest maker of powered garden tools, plans to cut about 600 jobs in a move that will save 220 million kronor ($33 million) a year by 2014.

• Center for Hospice New York -

The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care plans to temporarily lay off as many as 40 employees next year as it embarks on a major renovation of the inpatient unit at its Cheektowaga campus.

• Bristol-Meyers -

Bristol-Myers Squibb is following up its lackluster third-quarter results with almost 480 layoffs. As Pharmalot reports, the company notified the New Jersey government that it would scale back in Plainsboro, which means the cuts will hit its sales operations.

• OCE North America -

Trumbull printer- and scanning-equipment provider Oce North America, Inc. will lay off 135 workers in three Connecticut communities, including East Hartford, according to its notice with the state Labor Department.

• Darden Restaurants -

The company, which was among those who had received an Obamacare waiver in the past, is looking to limit workers to 28 hours per week. A full time employee that is required to have health insurance (lest the employer pay a fine) works 30 hours per week, as defined by the Obamacare law.

• West Ridge Mine -

In its statement, UtahAmerican Energy blames the Obama administration for instituting policies that will close down “204 American coal-fired power plants by 2014″ and for drastically reducing the market for coal.

• United Blood Services Gulf -

United Blood Services Gulf South region, the non-profit blood service provider for much of south Louisiana and Mississippi, will lay off approximately 10 percent of its workforce. It was a hard decision to make according to Susan Begnaud, Regional Center Director for the Gulf South region.

2. OBAMA paid money and aided and abetted Al-Qaeda members and groups that attacked Americans on U.S. territory in Benghazi, Libya on 11 and 12 September 2012. Al-Qaeda is the jihadist terrorist organization that attacked the United States on 11 September 2001.

Not shockingly, immediately after President Obama was reelected for a second term, his administration reinforced its support for the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty [ATT], also known as the "Small Arms Treaty." Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been expressing full support of the treaty on behalf of the United States for years now while for political reasons, President Obama sat back. Now, the entire administration will be out front in support of ratifying it.

Hours after U.S. President Barack Obama was re-elected, the United States backed a U.N. committee's call on Wednesday to renew debate over a draft international treaty to regulate the $70 billion global conventional arms trade.
U.N. delegates and gun control activists have complained that talks collapsed in July largely because Obama feared attacks from Republican rival Mitt Romney if his administration was seen as supporting the pact, a charge Washington denies.
The month-long talks at U.N. headquarters broke off after the United States - along with Russia and other major arms producers - said it had problems with the draft treaty and asked for more time.
But the U.N. General Assembly's disarmament committee moved quickly after Obama's win to approve a resolution calling for a new round of talks March 18-28. It passed with 157 votes in favor, none against and 18 abstentions.
U.N. diplomats said the vote had been expected before Tuesday's U.S. presidential election but was delayed due to Superstorm Sandy, which caused a three-day closure of the United Nations last week.
An official at the U.S. mission said Washington's objectives have not changed.
"We seek a treaty that contributes to international security by fighting illicit arms trafficking and proliferation, protects the sovereign right of states to conduct legitimate arms trade, and meets the concerns that we have been articulating throughout," the official said.

So what is the ATT? And is the argument from the U.N. that it won't suppress Second Amendment rights an honest one?

The general stated goal of the ATT is to prevent terrorists from getting their hands on guns and military equipment (no, really). I wrote about this in my book:

The alleged purpose of the treaty is to prevent crime, terrorism and even war by regulating the sale of guns, but it is a rarely noted irony that some of the biggest supporters of the treaty are also the world's most brazen supporters of terrorism, such as Iran, Syria and Cuba. Its proposed regulations extend to the level of firearms accessories, including scopes and magazines. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton expressed her support for the treaty in October 2009, saying, "The United States is prepared to work hard for a strong international standard in this area by seizing the opportunity presented by the Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty at the United Nations.... The United States is committed to actively pursuing a strong and robust treaty that contains the highest possible, legally binding standards for the international transfer of conventional weapons. We look forward to this negotiation."

The final draft of the treaty is scheduled to be completed by summer 2012. The State Department, Department of Justice, and ATF have taken a leadership role in pushing the treaty. The Bush administration refused to participate ion the negotiations, but the Obama administration has been a willing participant in drafting the treaty, with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at the helm. Obama has said he would like to see the treaty ratified as a way of demonstrating American's respect for "international norms."

Because the UN's definition of "criminal activity" in the treaty is so broad, American gun owners could find themselves prosecuted if UN officials deemed owning some firearms a crime. If the treaty were to be effective, it would imply the necessity for strict regulation of individual firearms ownership. Mexico wants the treaty to regulate hunting rifles, because it claims hunting rifles are used by drug cartels. But of course any weapon that can be used for sport of self-defense could also be used in ways that the treaty might regulate.

The treaty calls for international reporting measures that would require countries to trace and keep track of weapons sold and transferred. Not only would this consume a massive amount of government resources, it would also be intrusive. Many Second Amendment advocates regard the creation of a nationwide database of lawful gun owners and a catalog of every firearm they own as an ominous expansion of government power. The most vocal supporters of the treaty in the United States are gun control organizations such as the Brady Campaign and the Joyce Foundation (the anti-gun organization that once counted Obama as a member).

Barack Obama is no doubt the most anti-gun president in the history of the United States and his pandering to the corrupt UN should be alarming to anyone who wants to keep their Second Amendment freedoms.

As much of the zombie-like public is still focused on which two of the political hack parties are going to offer a better direction for the future, the only direction that the U.S. is currently (and consistently) headed is directly into the Third World.

The United States is exhibiting every sign of becoming a Third World country, as evidenced by its failings in 10 key areas, and for the first time it has dropped from a top-ten position in the 2012 Legatum Institute’s Prosperity Index, as covered in the video below. Perhaps most significantly, itsEconomy fell to 20th — Malaysia and Thailand are 15th and 18th respectively. Equally as troubling isSafety & Security which came in at 27th. For those with the means, skills, and a supportive structure of family and friends, now might be the time to seriously consider leaving America for brighter shores to escape America’s decline. Or at least consider offshore banking to preserve your assets.

The battle for freedom is global, and America has gone rogue, therefore one should not feel unpatriotic for fulfilling their desire for freedom elsewhere. For those who value entrepreneurship, innovation, self-sufficiency, basic human rights and limited government, all of the facts point to America being a very dangerous place indeed.

Marion County Ohio lies about 50 miles north of Columbus, the state capital. The county was named after General Francis Marion of the Revolutionary War. Marion is more often remembered by his nickname Swamp Fox, because of his guerilla style warfare against the British in the swamps of South Carolina.

There are about 66,000 residents in this quiet little county in central Ohio, and like the rest of the state, a number of those residents have been trying to vote early in the presidential election. But when Marion County resident Joan Stevens tried to vote on Monday she ran into a problem that caused her some alarm.

When she touched the screen to vote for Mitt Romney, the machine lit up the name of Barack Obama. Joan tried a second time and again the machine lit up Barack Obama when she selected Mitt Romney. Knowing she did not want to cast her vote for Obama, she tried a third time and finally, the name Mitt Romney lit up.

After leaving the voting machine, Joan reported the malfunction to board of elections personnel; she was told that the voting machine had been acting up all day. Not satisfied with the response she received, Joan took her complaint to Sophia Rogers, the top county election official. Rogers claims that they had the voting machine checked out and found nothing wrong but had it recalibrated anyway.

Adjudication of Publicly Available Information Proves Obama Would Never Be Granted A Security Clearance If He Had To Qualify For One

Obama never had to prove his ability to legally work in the United States or had to submit to a security clearance background investigation…. Ever!!!  Shockingly the reason is that it is not required.  This statement is proven in the recently released book Obama Never Vetted: The Unlawful President, The National Security Loopholes and Ensuing Conspiracy.  I have had many years of experience working with the security clearance process as an officer in the Army.  One of my job positions was as the battalion intelligence staff officer where I was in charge of security clearances and physical security for a unit of 400 people.

I became unnerved at all of the suspect relationships of Obama in the 2008 campaign.  When Obama was sworn in, I knew that there could not be a security check requirement because Obama wouldn’t pass.  I began my research into the presidential vetting process only to find that there are no requirements of even vetting the minimum qualifications to become President, only a couple times where vetting is optional:  with Congress when certifying the election results and with the states as a matter of ballot access.  No federal agency is required to check into a Presidential candidate or President Elects’ background.

This CIA page snap shot, clearly states that President, Senator and Representatives do not have to qualify for a security clearance.  They are just given one because they were elected…  Unfortunately for the security of the U.S. voters are not privy to a candidates’ critical background information so they cannot fully evaluate a candidate’s trustworthiness .

All Members of Congress have access to intelligence by virtue of their elected positions. They do not receive security clearances per se.

The Office of Personnel Management for the federal government also states that the federal government does not do a background check  into Presidents, yet they do a background check for everyone else working in the White House.  See OPM letter below.

Because Obama’s background was not vetted by any federal agency, I adjudicated his background using publicly available information and the federal guidelines for adjudicating an applicant for access to classified information.  My conclusion is that Obama would be denied a clearance if he had to qualify for one.

(1) Guideline A: Allegiance to the United States

Concern 1 – Obama born with British/Kenyan Allegiance through legal father Barack Hussein Obama, Sr.

Concern 2 – Obama became Indonesian and developed Indonesian allegiance through adopted father while living overseas in Indonesia. (according to Indonesian School records from AP.)

Concern 3 – No proof that Obama has renounced citizenship to either country.  (President of the U.S. only position that requires sole allegiance to the United States (ie: Natural Born Citizen requirement in Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5)

Concern 4 – Obama supports actions of Islamic caliphate in Arab world instead of promoting secular democracies run by the people of the country in an effort to continue Middle Eastern allies.  Obama was raised in the Islamic religion and shows a preference to Islamic rule in the middle east which compromises the security of the United States.  Obama’s adviser Dalia Mogahed is a Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer.  It is the express goal of the Muslim Brotherhood to bring the entire world under Islamic government and Sharia law – including the United States.

Concern 5 -  Regarding 4(C )(1)(2)(4) Long- time friend of Bill Ayers, Member of the Weather Underground, which wanted to overthrow the United States, The Weather Underground was responsible for multiple murders and bombings of federal government buildings.  Ayers has been quoted as saying he wishes he could have done more.  Recently an affidavit was signed by the mailman for the Bill Ayer’s family house which stated that the Ayers family paid for Obama’s college and said that Obama was a foreign student.  So Obama has been closely associated with Bill Ayers for about 30 years. Concern 6 – Obama associates William Ayers Bernadine Dohrn, Tom Hayden and Carl Davidson were involved in espionage against the United States on behalf of communist Cuba according to FBI files.

In the mid-1990s Davidson was a major player in the Chicago branch of the New Party, a socialist political coalition whose members hailed largely from the Committees of Correspondence, the Democratic Socialists of America, and ACORN. Davidson first met Barack Obama through the New Party, which endorsed Obama’s campaign for the Illinois state senate in 1996.

Concern 7 – Regarding 4(a)Raised money and campaigned for Ralia Odinga who sought to be elected in Kenya,  a fellow member of the Luo Tribe member.  Odinga is an avowed communist and signed an agreement with a Muslim group in his country to not assist America and other nations with the apprehension and extradition of terrorists while under the counsel of Obama.

Obama’s actions could be strongly construed to be a payoff for possibly hiding or destroying something in Kenya- like a birth certificate perhaps.  Note: Why else would Obama be travelling to another continent and advising him unless he was getting something in return?

Concern 8 – Regarding section 4(a),  Obama in his own autobiography admits that he was mentored by Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis who was working directly for the Soviet Union to overthrow the Republican system of government.  Frank Marshall Davis has a large FBI surveillance file and would have been arrested for espionage if the U.S. went to open war with the Soviet Union.  The following are some links that contain parts of the FBI file on

Mitigating Factors – None.  No mitigation has been done by Obama, in fact he has spent $10 million in U.S. tax payer dollars to pass a new Kenyan Constitution to instill Muslim Sharia law and legalize abortions in Kenya.  He continues relationships and courses of action which are of great concern. Concern 3 -Obama is influenced by his Kenyan fellow citizens.  He also has substantial profit from foreign companies in his 2011 tax return.  Members of the Kenyan government have stated on the record that Obama was born in Kenya, found it amazing that a non-native of America could become President of the United States.  Sources;

Concern 4 – Regarding section 7(a)(b), Obama has very close ties to Ralia Odinga who promoted violence when he lost his election and signed agreement to not cooperate with the U.S. regarding terrorism.  Obama acts as if he owes something personally to Ralia Odinga by raising $1 million dollars and campaigning for him even though it is against the Logan Act.

Campaigning for President Barack Obama in Philadelphia on Monday afternoon,  former President Bill Clinton inadvertently struck a note of irony while  attempting to criticize Mitt Romney’s campaign.

“You’re laughing, but who wants a president who will knowingly, repeatedly  tell you something he knows is not true?” Clinton asked, after discounting a  claim in a recent Romney ad that the Obama administration’s auto bailout hurt  American workers.

“When I was a kid, if I got my hand caught in the cookie jar, where it wasn’t  supposed to be, I turned red in my face, and I took my hand out of the cookie  jar,” Clinton added.

Clinton was impeached in 1998 on one count of perjury and one count of  obstruction of justice, after repeatedly telling Americans and a grand jury that  he did not have sexual relations with a White House  intern.

“You’ve got to give it to Governor Romney. When he gets his hand caught in  the cookie jar, he just digs down for more cookies,” Clinton said Monday, to  applause. “I want you to send him a message tomorrow. You don’t have to be from  Ohio to want your president to tell you the truth, when it comes to jobs for the  American people.”
