With  the huge win from the current administration and the clear  understanding that the electoral college is now dominated by one party, I  honestly believe that this was our last election.

National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs Something that people are starting to take notice of is that this  administration likes to release information just before a holiday or  late Friday afternoon so that they can have a weekend to observe what  the reaction is. This memo, National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for  Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs , was released the day before  Thanksgiving on Nov 21, 2012. What this memo does is lay out the guidelinesfor executive agencies to establish “effective insider threat programs.” In other words, They have now put rules in place to keep an eye on possible insider whistleblowers. Here’s what the relatively short memo said (Note: Emphasis added):

So you want to rule the world and put things in place to be able to  do so? First thing you do is make just about any information about your  agency be “classified.” This way people have to jump through hoops to  get access to that information and by the time they do, it is to late  and has been implemented or the information is out of date. Another thing is eliminating insiders who will see said information and then blow the whistle on you. That is what this memo in essence has done. More and more there are things being put into place that is eroding our freedoms and strengthening the powerbase. Like it or not, we are repeating history, specifically the pre-WWII Germany’s history.

This guy took these ideas right out of the Nazi SS play book. How can a U.S. President possibly appoint such a person to an office  in the White House? That is unless he feels the same way. People tend to  surround themselves with like minded people. This is just one example. Hiter had Josef Mengele, this administration has Holdren.

It has become a popular misconception in 90% of the lay people today  that Nazism is an “extreme right wing” political movement. What people  do not understand is that the word “Nazi” is an abbreviation for the  “National Socialist German Workers Party.” Socialism and Communism is always from the left and one step away from communism. Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party were socialist. The current administration is also socialist and communist to the core. What people need to understand is that under socialism / communism millions upon millions have died. The horrors inherent in socialism have made themselves all too well  known and yet people still do not seem to grasp what is going on here. Warfare and bloodshed is the soul of socialist ideology and its adherents. If someone disagrees with you and your socialist plan, there is a simple solution, kill them. Socialism is socialism. There is no difference and the outcome is always the same. The current administration’s socialism is the exact same that made Adolf Hitler so evil. President Obama’s unprecedented assumption of powers to himself and  his office is remarkably and frighteningly similar to Adolf Hitler’s  rise to power in Germany. Obama has already suspended habeas corpus (with the help of  George W Bush who laid the groundwork) by claiming the right of  indefinite detainment of potential terrorists without charges. This occurred very shortly after his Department of Homeland Security  issued two reports (3) labeling Bible believing Christians, Veterans,  supporters of Ron Paul, believers in certain amendments of the  Constitution, those who promote devolution of Federal power to the  states, and those who hold to Pro-Life beliefs as potential terrorists. These people, now deemed as potential terrorists, can now can be rounded up and detained without charges legally. How long will it be till the next of kin get a notice that their  family member died unexpectedly and for the good of the family, the body  has already been disposed of.

Hitler did the same thing and it all falls within the standard operation procedures of Socialism and Communism. We are now living under an administration where the rule of law will  be implemented by executive orders, making Congress irrelevant. Hard core socialism and communism that were once driven underground  in many places around the world have now resurfaced with a vengeance  here in the United States. But that is not all, they have now taken  over. One has to wonder how long we will still have freedom of speech, movement, assembly, and control of our private property? Those who stand on Biblical Christian faith have been made out to be  second class citizens and now churches who stand on God’s Word will be  driven underground. When this happens it will allow the forces of evil,  humanism, secularism, hedonism, socialism, communism to prosper among  the millions of Americans whose only god is their material possessions,  their entertainment and pleasure. The American people are being made into slaves. The welfare-dependent  Americans (over half of the US population today, with over 47 million  on food stamps), unions, and illegal aliens have chosen for the rest of  us the dark path of serfdom to big government and to socialist utopia. Which, will always end up as every socialist / communist utopia ends up…. It massive bloodshed. The days of Hitler are not far off and in fact are a whole lot closer than we may believe.

S. 2205 and H.R. 5846, the Second Amendment Sovereignty Act of 2012, must be passed in the House and the Senate to ensure our Second Amendment rights and the sovereignty of the United States are safe. These bills are meant to be a safety net if for any reason, the Senate ratifies the United Nations Small Arms Treaty early next year, or an anti-gun President like Obama passes an Executive Order. We must protect our rights under the Constitution.

2^nd Amendment:A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

As the people become weaker, the state grows stronger. If we do not act soon, we are going to watch our Second Amendment disintegrate before our eyes. The Democrats are trying to sneak gun control language into various bills, such as the recent mess revolving around cybersecurity. And last week, Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) tried to sneak an amendment into the Defense Bill that will make it illegal for many of our veterans to own a gun—all without due process.

The United Nations sees a perfect opportunity to send us over the cliff of freedom, as we approach our fiscal cliff of doom. The U.N. has been working on gun control for years. President George W. Bush opposed international gun control so he refused to work with them on their Small Arms Treaty. Enter Barack Hussein Obama, who has no particular love for our Constitution and is the U.N.’s hero when it comes to weakening America and her citizens. So it was natural for Obama to reverse the policy of the United States and enter into negotiations with the U.N. after he became President in 2009.

The U.N.’s Coordinating Action on Small Arms says the arms trade must be regulated “in ways that would … minimize the misuse of legally owned weapons.” How many criminals and terrorists do you know with “legally owned” weapons? They will never have any problem securing firearms; but you can be certain law-abiding citizens like you and me, who wish to own firearms for protection and recreation, will suffer.

They can’t be serious about saving the good guys and going after the bad guys when they allowed Iran to lead some of the negotiations! The final document will likely:

• Enact tougher licensing requirements, making it almost impossible for you, an individual, to own a firearm
• Require the government to confiscate firearms owned by individuals
• Place further restrictions on the sale of arms
• Create an international gun registry
• Give foreign nations access to your personal data

Let’s face it: it’s us they want. The United States is the world’s largest arms trader, accounting for more than 40 percent of global conventional arms transfers. The Small Arms Treaty is therefore really a treaty against America. The U.N.’s ultimate goal is to make America weaker and more vulnerable without armed citizens on the watch against tyranny. Also, within the language of regulating us to death and gun registries is that tiny little question of, just who qualified as a “terrorist” or a “radical regime?” Is someone who disagrees with the government? Is it someone against one world government? Is it a member of the military? Is it a conservative?

Is the United Nations now going to determine whether we can support resistance movements around the world and aid allies, such as Israel? Will they tell us our involvement is a “misuse” of arms?

The U.N. laid low until after the election because any news about Obama supporting an international gun treaty would have boosted Romney. So, just as he tried to sweep Benghazi under the rug, and just like he asked contractors to ignore the WARN Act and hold off on giving layoff notices until after November 6^th, Obama supposedly pressured United Nations committee members to keep quiet about the Small Arms Treaty until November 6^th was over.

So wasn’t it interesting when, approximately 12 hours after he was re-elected, the U.N. General Assembly’s meeting of the First Committee on Disarmament called for the new round of talks beginning March 18^th. This is when the U.N. will meet with the final version of the treaty, and the Obama administration is almost certain to sign it, which will send it to the Senate for ratification.

National Rifle Association Vice President Wayne LaPierre is worried about that the treaty “could effectively ban or severely restrict civilian ownership of firearms worldwide.”

It is Barack Obama’s dream: the dream of a large state to take care of weakened masses. Obama told Sarah Brady (from the Brady Campaign), “I just want you to know that we are working on [gun control].  We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”

That must be the same kind of “under the radar” flexibility he bragged to Russian President Medvedev about.

Presumably that meant taking actions such as nominating the anti-gun Andrew Traver as Director of the ATF (although concerned citizens stalled his appointment, and he eventually took a job at the Denver field office), and orchestrating the disastrous “Fast and Furious” operation, which took the lives of Americans and was meant to act as a poster child for gun control.

If this treaty is implemented, governments will become more powerful and well armed, and citizens will see their right to own a firearm disappear. As you know from reading Conservative Daily, we are fighting a consistent assault against our rights. Nearly every day, we are alerted to a new threat against our freedom and our founding principles. This U.N. treaty is simply an invitation to tyranny around the world, and here in the U.S. it is a hatchet in our Second Amendment rights.

We can still rely on Congress to defend our sovereignty, but they need to hear from us. We can’t just assume they will protect our rights—and we can’t assume that Obama will not get out his pen and sign away our Second Amendment rights by Executive Order. That is why we need overwhelming support for these bills and for our Constitution, before it is too late.

We can absolutely stop the U.N. from taking away our rights. Just recently, as the United Nations worked on a treaty to regulate the Internet, the House voted overwhelmingly to reject any form of United Nations control over our online activities—which was great news, seeing Members of Congress stick up for American sovereignty.

Gun control is a completely separate issue, however, and there are people in Congress who wouldn’t mind international gun control. It is imperative that we stop the U.N. from meddling in our Constitution, save our right to bear arms, and keep America free from international control.

Can you imagine an international body governing our Second Amendment rights; or, in this case, possessing the power to take them away? And remember, we have a President who will not defend our Constitution. He has shown his willingness to let the U.N. have their way with our government as he creates some type of one-world, global “utopia” where our freedoms are stripped and our wealth is redistributed. It is up to you and me to pressure Congress to do their jobs and defend our Constitution. There is no other alternative.

As proud citizens of this great nation, we must fight for our Constitution and remind our leaders to do the same. The American people need to contact Congress immediately and let their feelings be known about the U.N. Small Arms Treaty. Tell them to defend our Second Amendment, our Constitution, and the sovereignty of the United States of America.

          Historically, small businesses have been the primary engine of new job creation in the United States.  If the economy was getting healthy, we would expect to see the number of jobs at new businesses rise.  Instead, we are witnessing just the opposite.  We are told that the economy is supposed to be “recovering”, but the number of “startup jobs” at new businesses has fallen for five years in a row.  According to an analysis of U.S. Department of Labor data performed by economist Tim Kane, there were almost 12 startup jobs per 1000 Americans back in the year 2006.  By 2011, that figure had fallen to less than 8 startup jobs per 1000 Americans.  According to Kane, the number of jobs in the United States at businesses that are less than one year old has fallen from 4.1 million in 1994 to 2.5 million in 2010.  Overall, the number of “new entrepreneurs and business owners” has fallen by more than 50 percent as a percentage of the population since 1977.  The United States was once known as “the land of opportunity”, but now that is fundamentally changing.  At this point we truly do have a “crisis of entrepreneurship” in this country, and that is a huge reason why America is in decline.  We are witnessing the slow death of the small business in America, and that is incredibly bad news for all of us.

Unfortunately, the problems that small businesses are experiencing right now have been building up for decades.  The economic environment for small businesses in America has become incredibly toxic.  Sadly, we can see this in the numbers.  According to Kane, the following is how the decline in the number of startup jobs per 1000 Americans breaks down by presidential administration…

Bush Sr.: 11.3

Clinton: 11.2

Bush Jr.: 10.8

Obama: 7.8

Obviously, we are headed very much in the wrong direction.  Kane speculates about why this may be happening in his paper…

There is anecdotal evidence that the U.S. policy environment has become inadvertently hostile to entrepreneurial employment. At the federal level, high taxes and higher uncertainty about taxes are undoubtedly inhibiting entrepreneurship, but to what degree is unknown. The dominant factor may be new regulations on labor.  The passage of the Affordable Care Act is creating a sweeping alteration of the regulatory environment that directly changes how employers engage their workforces, and it will be some time until those changes are understood by employers or scholars. Separately, there has been a federal crackdown since 2009 by the Internal Revenue Service on U.S. employers that hire U.S. workers as independent contractors rather than employees, raising the question of mandatory benefits. New firms tend to use part-time and contract staffing rather than full-time employees during the startup stage. According to Labor Department data, the typical American today only takes home 70 percent of compensation as pay, while the rest is absorbed by the spiraling cost of benefits (e.g., health insurance). The dilemma for U.S. policy is that an American entrepreneur has zero tax or regulatory burden when hiring a consultant/contractor who resides abroad. But that same employer is subject to paperwork, taxation, and possible IRS harassment if employing U.S.-based contractors. Finally, there has been a steady barrier erected to entrepreneurs at the local policy level. Brink Lindsey points out in his book Human Capitalism that the rise of occupational licensing is destroying startup opportunities for poor and middle class Americans.

Kane raises some very good points in his analysis.  Without a doubt, small businesses in the United States are being taxed into oblivion.  If you doubt this, just read this article.

And the regulatory environment for small businesses is more suffocating than it has ever been before.  Unfortunately, our politicians never seem to learn that lesson.  During his first term, Obama piled on mountains of new regulations, and now that he has won a second term he is preparing to unleash another massive wave of new regulations.

But many times the worst offenders are politicians on the state and local level.  There are some areas of the country (such as California) that have created absolutely nightmarish conditions for small businesses.  California had the worst “small business failure rate” in the country in 2010.  It was 69 percent higher than the national average.  And in 2011, the state of California ranked 50th out of all 50 states in new business creation.

Yet the politicians in California just continue to pile on even more regulations and even more taxes.

Sadly, this kind of thing is happening from coast to coast and it is killing off hordes of small businesses.  Just consider the following statistics…

-According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. economy lost more than 220,000 small businesses during the last recession.

-As a share of the population, the percentage of Americans that are self-employed fell by more than 20 percent between 1991 and 2010.

-As a share of the population, the percentage of “new entrepreneurs and business owners” dropped by a staggering 53 percent between 1977 and 2010.

-The average pay for self-employed Americans declined by $3,721 between 2006 and 2010.

So what needs to be done?

Well, first of all, the tax burden and the regulatory burden on small businesses both need to be greatly reduced.

Secondly, the balance of power in our nation needs to be dramatically shifted.  Conservatives run around talking about the need to reduce the power of government and liberals run around talking about the need to reduce the power of corporations, and actually both of them are right.

Our founding fathers intended to establish a Republic where power would never be concentrated in the hands of just a few.  That is why they tried to strictly limit the power of the federal government in the U.S. Constitution, and that is why they greatly restricted the size and scope of corporations in early America.  For much more on this, please see this article: “Corporatism Is Not Capitalism: 7 Things About The Monolithic Predator Corporations That Dominate Our Economy That Every American Should Know“.

Our founding fathers wanted to empower individual citizens and small businesses.  They never intended for us to have a system where big government and big corporations dominate everything and crush the “little guy” at every opportunity.

Even as we witness the death of the small business in America, corporations are absolutely thriving.  The following chart shows how corporate profits after tax have exploded to new record highs in recent years…

So has this been good for workers?  No, it has not translated into more jobs and higher wages.  In fact, wages and salaries as a percentage of GDP are now at an all-time low…

That is why it is imperative that we change “the rules of the game” so that the balance of power is shifted back in the direction of individual citizens and small businesses.  We desperately need to turn back to the principles that this nation was founded upon.

If nothing is done, these trends are going to get even worse.  Barack Obama certainly has no plans to reduce the size and the power of the government.  Since he was elected, an average of 101 new federal employees have been added to the government payroll every single day…

In the 1,420 days since he took the oath of office, the federal government has daily hired on average 101 new employees. Every day. Seven days a week. All 202 weeks. That makes 143,000 more federal workers than when Obama talked forever on that cold day in January of 2009.

And if nothing is done, the monolithic predator corporations that dominate our economy will just get even larger and even more powerful.  Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands more small businesses will close up shop all over the country.

Unfortunately, most Americans seem totally apathetic about these issues.  They seem content to wear “meggings“, watch “Honey Boo Boo” on television and let our government and corporate overlords run everything.  Most of them have even been brainwashed into believing that this is the American way of doing things.

So where do we go from here?

Well, this nation will probably continue to keep doing the same things that it has been doing, and it will continue to get the same results.

The death of small business in America is happening right in front of our eyes, and everybody can see it happening, but very few people are doing anything to stop it.

Socialism has failed in every application from the first day it was invented to the 21^st century. So, it gives one pause to consider why world leaders in the EU as well as in America are hell-bent to install socialism on Western society. The main premise of modern socialists being that; “Printing money does not cause inflation!” The secondary and other ideas are “Tax the Rich,” “Pay your fair Share,” along with scores of bumper sticker mentality slogans. These are slogans for the dim-witted. The premise that taxing the rich will solve our problems is stupid, the proposed by Obama taxes on the upper 2% of wage earners will run the government for a total of 8 days. We don’t have a taxing problem we have a spending problem. The concept that paper has no value in the first place and that printing more of it will not cause inflation is wrong. Fabian economics. According to this theory the Weimar, French, Zimbabwe, Argentinian, and all the scores of other financial failures were the result of unknown issues and the proponents of it according to me have college degrees in advanced sophistry.

Understanding socialist mentality of progressive Democrats is a simple matter. (Progressive is another word for socialist) Politicians first and only desire is election and reelection. There are only two ways that this can be accomplished. First by soliciting and getting funds from wealthy contributors to be repaid by political favors, and two by providing free stuff to those who vote for you. The prime providers are now banking companies, the second is providing unemployment benefits, food stamps, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare and a score of such services to a large portion of the population, now in America about 110 million citizens. These are primarily wealth redistribution schemes. In true socialist demeanor, it is taking from those who produce and giving to those who loaf.

The fact that the top 2% of earners pay 47% of all collected by government taxes seems to evade the understanding of the population. The Republocrats demonstrating their adherence to the “System” never drive this fact to public consideration and the socialist media, the ever-heeling watchdog of socialism complies implicitly. Likewise the amount of taxes for the top 2% that would by “their fair share” be fair and proper is never ever mentioned by either of the two parties. That is of course why we need another party. Not a third party because we now have only one party, the Republocrats, but a second party.

While the situation in America is very serious the EU socialist model is doomed to collapse sooner than us. Led by two socialists, Germany’s Merkel and Frances, Hollande the party is about to end. All EU national members are to large degree socialist governments. In desperation both counties followed by the Obama administration are now engaged in trying to get at the accounts of people who have funds in tax havens. These are located in the Caribbean islands and Panama, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Luxemburg and Switzerland in Europe, some smaller number in the Middle East and various islands. All are under full assault to provide information on account holders to the EU, and America. Considering that the possible total collected amount for America is below 10 billion not even enough to run the government for one-day, the abject desperation is demonstrated.

It goes without saying that Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, Cuba’s Rau’l Castro, along with Merkel and Hollande and CPUSA (1) and DSA (2) all endorsed Obama and the progressives. If there is one-thing communists and socialist do it’s sticking together for mutual benefit, it is their greatest advantage over capitalists, free marketers, and republicans.

The EU has exceeded its abilites of capability to save the EURO and to prevent collapse of the currency. The individual debt loads of Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, when combined with those of Eastern Europe make the continuation of German bailouts impossible. The German people who are hard workers refuse to further finance pensions of people, who retire at 58, have life long government paid healthcare without participant contribution, free public transport for pensioners, and all the rest of the provided benefits accumulated at the expense of German taxpayers. The only remaining question is not will the Euro collapse but when will it collapse? Overstepping the boundaries of financial ability to repay is the 21^st centuries primary monitory problem, from Washington to Brussels. From California to New York 126 individual state pension funds are underfunded by $800 billion and that was in 2010. According to the same source (3) 54% of all state, municipal, and public employee pension funds will be financially exhausted by 2034. The estimated present shortfall in municipal government pensions is $4 trillion nationally in 2012.

From the EU to Washington, socialists follow the identical program. Spend money you don’t have, by printing more fiat paper, hire more government employees to reduce the unemployed rolls. In the four years of Obama, government employment has risen by 6% while private sector employment has fallen by 2%. We, in winter 2012 have 430,000 fewer private sector employees than we had in 2008 when Obama took office. In Greece for example people retire at age 58 with full pensions, full healthcare, free public transport and the endless list continues. In California the state is to build a high-speed rail system from San Diego to Sacramento and San Francisco with $3.2 billion federal funding (that they don’t have) $4.7 billion in bonds, (that have not been sold) and $2.6 billion for the first leg that is provided by the inevitable San Francisco fairy. California has a current budget shortfall of $15.7 billion, and is $335 billion in debt. So, with a total debt load into 2013 of $ 350.7 the idiot state legislature and captain Moon Beam (4) their governor, they allocate another debt of $10.5 billion to build a high-speed rail system. Hey, they know exactly what they are doing, Obama will bail out California, Moon Beam knows it, socialist always stick together. Need I point out that you will wind up behind the proverbial 8-ball and pay for it.

In a joint speech last week, Merkel and Hollande articulated the EU situation in very clothed words, by which they clearly state that Germany and France are the only viable financial parties left, which I think is wrong. France is no longer viable financially. The telling statement was “each participant [EU] is to meet its financial obligations according to its sphere of competence.” In other words, Guys you’re on your own. If only the Obama administration had the veracity to address the individual state’s in the same manner. There is one other issue that cannot be overlooked; the ten financially and socially worst cities in America are and have been run by Democrats (progressive socialists) in all cases by over ten years. Here’s an encouraging update on the nationwide legal challenges to ObamaCare by religious institutions that will be forced to provide insurance coverage for such things as abortion drugs, birth control and sterilizations that violate their beliefs.

This story is a week old, actually. Strangely, you haven’t seen any real coverage of this development in mainstream media, perhaps because it concerns a crucial legal setback for Barack Obama and Kathleen Sebelius in a New York federal court.

As is Eric Holder’s style when his Justice Department is challenged, he attempts not to argue the typically weak legal issues he has but to challenge the standing or timing of the challengers. That’s worked in some of the 42 religious lawsuits filed over ObamaCare’s pending implementation that the churches say violate their constitutional protections for religious freedom.

But that strategy did not work in the Eastern District Federal Courtroom of Judge Brian Cogan. For the first time, a federal judge allowed this constitutional challenge of ObamaCare to proceed.

The Obama administration had sought to have the case by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York thrown out because of its so-called “temporary safe harbor” provision.

IMF Chief Christine Lagarde Warns U.S. of Worldwide Effects of Fiscal Cliff

International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde has warned the US it has the potential to be its “own worst enemy” over the fragile economic recovery and that failure to reach a comprehensive settlement over the fiscal cliff could see growth plummet to zero.

In forthright comments over the impending fiscal cliff, the IMF managing director said that “if the US economy was to suffer the downside risk of not reaching a comprehensive deal, then growth would be zero”. The markets would react quickly, “and the stock market would take a hit,” she said.

All the current signs of optimism over the economy that she identified – including falling unemployment, the housing sector bottoming out and reduced household debt – would be negated.

The Fiscal Cliff Is Set To Clobber The Middle Class With Nearly 50% Tax Rates

If I didn’t know any better, I’d think there’s a small but growing group of people in Washington who think it would actually be good if we temporarily went over the fiscal cliff.

I say that because I am seeing a smattering of articles recently suggesting that somehow going over the cliff “won’t be all that bad” or that we’re “really just talking about cuts that need to happen in the first place.”

President Obama seems to think the same way judging by the fact that he’s dug in his heels, telling the GOP there will be no fiscal cliff bargain that doesn’t include tax hikes.

Now noted budget hawk Republican Senator Tom Coburn has broken ranks, noting that he’d rather see rates rise because that “will give us a greater chance to reform the tax code and broaden the base in the future.”

I find that to be an absolutely appalling argument given how much further the president’s proposals will squeeze the middle class.

As Fox Business Network’s Gerri Willis, an expert on consumer and personal finance issues, recently pointed out to me, the average middle class tax rate is already 43.12%, according to the non-partisan Tax Foundation.

Beyond that, Willis says if we do go over the cliff, the average middle class tax burden jumps to nearly 50%.

Fiscal Cliff 2013: Debt Reduction and Cliff Avoidance Are Two Separate Issues

The fiscal cliff negotiations are failing because both parties are seeking to solve too many problems in too short a time frame. The fiscal cliff and plan for long-term debt reduction are two totally separate issues, which call for solutions inherently opposed to one another. These solutions include raising taxes on everyone, and reducing entitlement programs. To achieve these goals, we need congressional bipartisan cooperation and presidential leadership.

Simply put, to avoid the cliff, Congress needs to find a way to tax less (by extending most rates) and spend more (by maintaining current outlays). Long-term debt reduction, on the other hand, calls for narrowing budget deficits through higher revenue and lower levels of spending.

Could this be a possibility? What would happen if by pure chance this was found to be true? What would this mean to all the laws and Executive Orders Obama signed? We really must ask this question of any President or Presidential Candidate. It should be the First thing demanded from any person running for President of the United States since the Constitution, under Article 2 Section 1, Paragraph 5, does in fact states:

Now given some of the first statements from a few people that had tried to dig into President, (in this case the term President is very loosely used,) Obama’s past before he even entered office and were shut down very fast. One individual, Dr. Drew whom had the opportunity to talk with Obama while he was in California and stated in his articles that Obama was not qualified to be President. Perhaps the largest and most widely known person associated with digging up questions about the Birth Certificate of Obama is Sheriff Joseph Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, and after a six-month criminal style investigation on March 1, 2012 Sheriff Arpaio signed an affidavit on June 12, 2012, stating that Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate was a Fake! In 2013 it is going to get even worse. The 2013 Federal Income Tax Brackets listed below will show you 3 possible scerarios for what to expect for tax increases next year and yes it will affect everyone who earns any type of income.

While Corporations that have lobbyist in Washington D.C. pay only  9% of total tax revenue, yet they brag of record earnings year after year. Handing out unimaginable bonuses to their executives.

Raising Taxees is not the answer, cutting the size of government and cutting reckless spending is the solution.

Here are the tax increases you have to look forward too this year.

Congress has not yet made clear what the situation will be in 2013, The Tax Foundation can only make predictions about the coming year’s tax rates.

These are the three most likely scenarios for 2013 tax brackets:

• The extension of the Bush-era tax cuts for all taxpayers.
• The expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts for all taxpayers.
• The expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts for taxpayers with high incomes.

Because these three proposals already exist and are detailed enough to draw predicted tax brackets, it’s easy to present the scenarions and be relatively confident about the results for taxpayers under each.

Scenario 1: Tax cuts under the extension of the Bush-era tax cuts for all

Scenario 2: Tax brackets under the expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts for all

Scenario 3: Tax brackets under the expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts for high-income

That calculation results in $5,437.50 plus $14,448 plus $3,766.50, or $23,652. That’s an effective tax rate of about 23.7% before your credits are taken into account, assuming your taxable income is the same as your gross income.

Your effective tax rate could be much lower if deductions have already reduced your taxable income to $100,000 from a larger gross income.

For example, if a 401(k) contribution reduced your taxable income from $115,000 to $100,000, you would still use the same tax calculation I’ve described here, but your effective tax rate would be 20.6%.Keep in mind that the tax rates listed in these tables are marginal rates.

That means that you do not owe your rate on all of your income. For example, if you single, you earn $100,000 per year, and Scenario 2 (tax cuts expire for all) is the prevailing law, you would not owe 31% on all of your income — you would not owe $38,000 to the federal government.

You would owe 15% of 36,250, 28% of $51,600 (the difference between the top and the threshold of the second tax bracket), and 31% of $12,150 (the difference between your income and the threshold of the third tax bracket).

The federal government may not declare which scenario will apply to 2013, and even when the decision has been made, there’s a chance that the tax brackets might differ slightly from one of these hypothetical scenarios. There may be several months before we have a clear indication of how to calculate our taxes for 2013.

Each year, Americans spend billions of hours and hundreds of billions of dollars trying to comply with federal tax requirements. Sadly, it is the honest, hard working Americans in the middle class that always get hit the hardest.

In a speaking engagement that looked suspiciously like a campaign stump speech, on Wednesday, Barack Obama implied that if Republicans attempted to tie the debt ceiling to the budgetary negotiations, he might ignore them, stating “We’re not going to play that game.” All along, Obama has shown a willingness to exceed his constitutional authority. Since the Debt Ceiling debacle of 2011, there’s word circulating in leftist circles that under the 14th Amendment, there is some authority for the President to ignore Congress in order to satisfy the payment of our debts, but no such authority exists in the 14th Amendment. This is a troubling proposition, and the fact that our Prevaricator-in-Chief now makes these kinds of implications portends potentially lethal danger to our republic. Obama has made little secret of the fact that he detests the prohibitions on excessive government authority in the US Constitution, but ladies and gentlemen, if he hasn’t gone too far already, this should be the proverbial straw that breaks the camel’s back.

To help you understand what this ludicrous, malevolent narcissist has in mind, let’s first view his speech to the Business Roundtable on Wednesday. The most interesting remarks come after the 13:00 mark, but the whole of the speech offers insight into the maniacal thinking of this man. He is going to destroy this economy to exact his revenge, and none should be in the mood to let John Boehner make deals with this sort of mindset:

As to the proposition that the 14th Amendment provides some authority for the President to circumvent Congress, this is a preposterous claim. The relevant sections of the Fourteenth Amendment states:

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
