LottoMetro, This is necessary since the included multiplier actually increases the expected value of lower prizes. Sense you only get the multiplier value form buying 1 dollar addon! Ron, I think you're right and the more I think about it the more it makes sense. MULTIPLIER UPDATE I am again getting conflicting information about the multiplier. New Hampshire says it's integrated into the game so that prizes from the third tier down are automatically multiplied (this could explain the unusual discrepancy between the base game and Power Up payout). Multiplier from 2X to 10X NO extra cost for multiplier I like these two changes. Usually aim for the lower tier prizes anyways.
