Illinois- Ball Drawings and RNG?
The Illinois Lottery hotline is 1-800-252-1775 (in Illinois only) then just listen to the options to talk to someone. It's getting more curious, the normal format for the liive evening drawing is Pick 3, Pick 4, Little Lotto (all 7 days a week games) and then Lotto on Mon-Wed-Sat. Tonight they showed the Pick 3, Pick 4, then skipped Little Lotto and went to Lotto. Then they aid the Little Lotto results would be shown later in the broadcast- they were, but just the reuslts, no drawing.

Illinois- Ball Drawings and RNG?
Anyone who watches the drawings on WGN-TV, have you noticed that for the evening drawings they are showing the Pick3, Pick4, and Little Lotto as they always have (ball drawings) but on Lotto nights they are now saying, The lotto results will be given later in the broadcast . Have they went to an RNG for the Pick 6 and don't want to show it, or don't want people to know it? Why else would they not be showing the Pick 6 drawing? This is very curious and even suspicious.

Hey, does anybody reveal their method/system?
Lotteries especially in TN (cash 3 and 4 ) are NOT random......They are supposed to be,I agree with you...I have a theory, laugh if you like ,but I have seen it over and over and made 1500 to 2 g a day..not often, usually 500.00....check it out------Tn moved its drawbreak from 7:18 to 7:10 eve draw, and 1:10 and from 1:18.Thats when they switched to the RNG.... SEE WHAT THEY CAN AFFORD then they punch in the # that will payout what they want and there it is.Thats not all.........if you go to TN sit

Is the Lottery rigged ? Read this ...
I've read enough about ball drop drawings to firmly believe they're as tamper proof as you can get due to security precautions and the way they're handled. Do some research and you'll probably turn up some enlightening information. When it comes to RNG drawings then all conspiracy theories hold credence in my opinon due to an astute computer programmer being able to tweak software to produce those un-played or under-played combinations. RNG drawings are held behind doors closed to the public

TENNESSEE LOTTERY-e mail response to computerized drawings
the decision has been made to go to an exciting way to hold our drawings - Once the winning numbers are drawn, they are transferred for broadcast to the viewing public Wow, it almost sounds like the TN Lottery Commission will have medical personal on hand incase one of its members gets too excited watching the computer draw the numbers and has the big one. For the players the excitement will be the same as logging onto Lottery Post 15 minutes after the draw or reading the results in the

Tennessee Going RNG I'm afraid!
An exciting new way to hold drawings using the latest in automated technology, joining numerous lotteries throughout the country that use similar computerization That's Marketing gibberish for It's exciting because it saves us money and we won't have to broadcast the drawings any more . If it goes like Wisconsin did, it will be a lot tougher to hit the P3 or P4 without spending the farm. Unfortunately, this is the future way of things. Going to RNG doesn't seem to affect the Bottom Li

what state do you think has the worst lottery?
Thanks, Uncle Jim, for a highly informative post. I've been driving to Corydon or Clarksville to buy Hoosier Lotto tickets for some time. The thing I wonder since it's a computerized drawing that isn't broadcast: Could someone be programming the computer to select unchosen number combinations so the jackpot keeps rolling over?

new text editor
Todd. Something that nobody has is an audio broadcast of text on posts, at least I have not seen this anywhere, like you click on something on the post and the post's text is read and sent as audio to your computer, now that would be a first and very very cool, almost like audio links. The LP server would not have to store any audio files at all, the audio would be created and sent in real time only after the LP member click on something on the post and or highlights a portion of a post.

Hd-Dvd
Definitely not. I would not make any marks at all. The sounds produced by HD-DVD is better than 99% of all audio systems can produce, so upgrading your sound system is the best way to improve the sound. EDIT: I forgot to answer your first question. Upconverting regular DVD is NOT high definition. You will notice a huge difference by getting a real HD-DVD player, and using HD-DVD discs. Upconverting offers a little dit of improvement, in that it plays at your monitor's native video format
