rdgrnr, As far as a million dollar chance for $20, probably not. I'm convinced though that the first lottery raffle was a marketing experiemnt and half the people at the lottery commission (whichever state it was, I forget) saying, Who is going to play this? and the other half saying, If you build it they will come (or, If you offer it they will play). Hi Paurths. It's very good to hear from you and thanks for your reply. This is the most educated and honest post I've received since I started this thread. We think an awful lot alike and I'm certain we both agree on one thing...numbers don't lie. Test draws are very important as you said and some states have as many as (5) pre-draws which means that the winning numbers can be initially drawn then not show up again for a very long time.
