Win Your Lottery by Lotto-Logix Is Now Available
I just attempted to send a pm. Not sure if it worked? I just voted in the poll as #418. In your article: 'Money Management Systems' you call Mastermind-3 the best system you have ever seen. In running a search to learn more about the Mastermind-3 software (I read your own posts on it here several years ago) I came across a newer program called WildWheel-3 which seems to be an updated version and claims to be a bit better. What your opinion Mr. Perkis? I suppose this is covered in your book

Win Your Lottery by Lotto-Logix Is Now Available
Hi Bob, Thanks for the e-book.......very informative and nicely put together. A lot of the things in there I had also gathered from your Lotto-Logix site over the years so it was nice to have my memory refreshed. Question: The WinningLotteryStrategies pdf looks like an article I downloaded from your site many years ago (I still have it with the relevant information highlighted in case I need it)......I think it was called Lottery Concepts , was interesting to note that there was a differen

Magic 8
read the article Bobp refered to. who knows when or where this set of numbers were created. they are still useful as index #'s or pointers. take the last 12 games of whatever lottery you play. order your numbers from most frequent to least frequent. now use the numbers you posted as index pointers to create 8 new sets based on current game history. good luck p8

Anybody try this system?
I have Paul Conner book Lotto Hidden Secrets. Is this the book you are refering to? If so save your money and go to www.lotto-logix.com click on articles and scroll down to Lottery Concepts Copyright 1994 by Robert Perkis. Because that's the entire book in one article, nothing was changed. I have the book because I collect lottery systems. When I got the e-book ,I knew I had seen it before somewhere. I don't know if Paul Conner bought the rights to the book or not, but if he did I don't think it

The prediction software you've been waiting for?
The unpredictable is just that-un[predicatable. to suggest that the unpredictable can be predicted is mumbo jumbo. (of course I am not reacting top the merits or demerits of the professor's work--which is wholly mischaracterized by that kind of ignorant reporting on UA news. The variables mentioned are not in anyway unpredictable. Anything that involves humans in groups cannot by definition be unpredictable. A sole deranged madman might be unpredictable. A group of fighters, terrorists, what

Need Help With GH Program
Back in the late 80's or early 90's some one gave me their copy of a GH program on a 5 floppy that was written in Basic and saved with the protect feature. Sometime later BYTE magazine had an article about how to view a program saved that way, I looked at the program and decided I could write my own and that was the start of the program I'm still using today which is written using GWBasic and compiled using a QBasic compiler. I would think if you know the format of the data the Neurolot pr

Protect Your System
If you really think you are onto something, just don't tell anyone. If you mail it to yourself, that won't mean a thing. (I disagree with anyone who says that it will.) How can you prove the other person didn't have the idea before you? I can rob a bank today and send the money to myself via UPS and sign for it, but it doesn't make it mine. Also, the lottery claims the games are random so, unless you can truly prove otherwise, they would argue your theory isn't valid, even if you or anyone els

Do You Own Gail Howard Software?
Years ago when I got my first IBM compatible computer a Tandy1000, someone gave me their copy of a Gail Howard program on a 5 floppy written in Basic and saved in the protective mode so it couldn't be listed and viewed. I later read an article in BYE magazine on how to remove the protective mode and listed that program and saw the most sophisticated routine in it was a function of RND. As a novice Basic programmer I could have written the same program so I never had any desire to buy any
